just wanted to share this with those who may not come across it
credit goes to OP of the linked thread
I flashed the zip file from the above thread and it did not work. Upon reading the comments the op stated that he has not had time to update the themed markets to the latest market version so it automatically reverts back to the green one.
I found another thread and tested it on my Vibrant and it works great!

i didnt even bother with the .zip....i just pulled Vending.apk from it and pushed it to /system/app
thanks for sharing
Cool... glad to know that they r working. Thanks for the link!!!!!
Since the Multiupload link is down I was wondering if someone that already has downloaded Skinny4g could upload it somewhere so I can download it. I know there are a few others that posted on the jokers roms thread that would like it also. So posting a mirror over there would be great.
Thanks

You are better off using a more up-to-date gb rom like Elelinux, Decked or HabaDecked
Thanks for substitution advice..
I'll sure give decked and haba-decked a chance, but elelinux was significantly slower than TG.. Although it is outdated, it would be nice if someone can re-upload TastyGinger 2.0..
I see the link for 1.1S, which I have been using and is great, but I do not see the link for 1.11. The change log states that there was an update and it is currently at 1.11. Thanks for the great knowledge and help that make up this forum.
Dude it probably would've taken lesser time to just look it up on Google then opening and creating a new thread.
Heres the link if you still need it: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1751595&page=2
Thanks, for the link, I was in that thread. I was asking for the link to the release listed i the change log. I now know that it has not yet been released. Close thread please.

But after I looked threw the CW file it seams that it is like a group file has txt for a # of phones. With diff version so is this the latest I don't know for sure but the touch works and seams to be the same file I found later on the forum. 120414. Any how hope this helps

Could you post the link to the recovery here ?
It would help other users when they read this thread.
And if you wouldn't mind , could you put the word "solved " in your thread title ?
This helps others find answers faster, and keeps the threads clean.
Thanks !!!.....g
