Well, i am portuguese, its not very simple to explain. When i click on a link here in the forum for an app in the market, it gets installed next time i connect to internet in the phone, the problem is that most times if i try in the phone to download with wireless connection it wont download, but if i connect with 3g it downloads.

bluetook works well with My Freex10 beta.

There's a very neat Q&A SGS2 MIUI topic to be found in this forum. I suggest you read it, it's helpful and your answer is in it. I'll quote:
Q:No matter what the size is, the market tells me the file needs to be downloaded over wifi.
A:Open the downloads app from the launcher, and turn download using wifi off. When connected with wifi it will still download over wifi, so don’t fear for your data bundle.

[Q] Spoof a wifi connection (solved)

OK, new question... Thanks to your help I figured out how to make wifi only downloads over a mobile network.. But now I have a question of is there a way to make the system/apps whatever think that there actually is a wifi connection when there is not? For example, when playing gameloft games, in order to play online you need wifi... Which i do not have. Anyone have any knowledge on this?

I don't know of any way to do that. You could try to use a wifi hotspot app on your phone, start the hotspot, and connect to the wifi from your own device.

Thaaaaanks a lot and sorry for the bad english

How would this work? My phone uses the same radio for Wi-Fi and hotspot....
I'm attempting to use an app that doesn't recognize networks, will only run off Wi-Fi.
There is a xpose module to do this.....personally I didn't tried yet that...bit hope it will work

Can't connect to wifi in other countries

I have a Sony Ericsson xperia x10 and can't connect to a open wifi in another country. Like at Mc Donalds it says connected to wifi but it won't download any data. I also have a Motorola atrix and it connects without any problems. Is this a known issue?

1-make sure airplane mode is turned off..
2-try to forget the wifi (talking about Mc'd)- then reconnect
Hope this help

Doesn't work either if you use any external wifi software? e.g: "wifi manager"?
Also, check and be sure that these places doesn't use any host or proxy (just to be sure)
Which ROM has installed? kernel?
Regards
Don't you have to sign I'm for those services?
Open browser and it should take you too McDonald's WiFi cloud website
Enter your mobile number in there and they give you free access
You have to sign up to get access as it's monitored
Hope this helps
If your browser doesn't take you to McDonald's sign in after Conncting, try dolphin browser, it's redirects are way better
Also where I live you can't download anything from market on WiFi cloud
But forums work fine

[Q] Can´t download or update from market when on home wifi

Hello everyone !
I have this problem, when i´m on my home wifi i can´t download or update apps from google play altough i get the notifications about available updates.
When i click download or update is starts to downloading but it never shows percentage or any progress just the blue bar moving.
BUT on other networks it works just fine, only my home wifi is a problem (even though it worked well about two weeks ago) . I never use 3G or 4G.
I think it has something to do with my router but its just weird.
Do you guys have some suggestions what could i do ?

Hi
i also experience that.. but i think it's just a bug.
what i do is i turn off wifi and turn it on again.. redownload the app
i hope this helps
I also have this bug.. this started to happen after i updated camera firmware ( i know it doesn't have anything to do with it,but oh well)
I have tried to reproduce the bug and found that :
-if your wifi is off and you activate your mobile data, then disable it,when you activate wifi it will connect, but internet will work when he wants...only solution is reboot the phone

You can just search in google and download it's just an .apk, so there's no need for any "compatibility" things..
I hope this helps
