It depends on which Launcher you are using.
SE Home Launcher doesn't allow it.
Launcher Pro Allow it.
is there a way to make it work? cuz i really like SE Launcher
No idea. Someone needs to modify it, but has not happened it yet. Try adw launcher or launcher pro for such stuff
ok. But thanks for your help anyway

Hello, is it possible to view our apps in the menu by scrolling left to right/right to left like samsung android or iphone, instead of scrolling from top to bottom/bottom to top?
Samsung galaxy 3 successfully port our lg home to it why not porting samsung home to us? Even samsung galaxy 3 can use SE xperia arc home.
I see many people asking to port htc sense to our O1. I think its better if we work hard on porting samsung home to O1 than porting htc sense

Hi, can I create folders? I am using Android 2.1., and I long press on the home screen but see no option to create folders!
Are you running SE Android 2.1 home launcher? If so, you can't make folders on the homescreen. You can run other launchers: Zeam, Arc Launcher, Launcher Pro, ADW Launcher (are a few that come to mind) to get that feature.

Most you can download from the market, there are free versions of all those. Arc launcher can be found via the mini pro themes and apps thread. Or search ''arc launcher'', should find it.
There is also a thread about the ''best launcher'' as well, but of course the best launcher for you is the one you find works the best for you.

Hey there,
I really like the app screen of touch wiz because it is greatly customizable. However I would like to use Launcher Pro for other reasons. So I was wondering if I can launch the touch wiz app screen in launcher pro. I was trying add it by Launcher Pro activities, but I couldn't find the app screen there.
Anyone any ideas? I would be very thankful (Donation ;-))
Thanks

I think if you hit the menu key in the homescreen and go to add then to shortcuts you can add touchwiz launcher.. Give it a try

I would be greatly interested in this as well. Love the homescreen customization of launcher pro but the launcher of touchwiz is too great to pass up.
twlauncher is not available as a shortcut through launcher pro it seems, and besides it will just take me to the touchwiz homescreen I'm assuming.

Tried that before. Brings me to the launcher. However I just want the apps screen to be used within launcher pro.

So I guess there is no way to make that happen huh? Too bad that would have been just perfect.
Is there a way to add more homescreens to the latest stock SE launcher.
If not can you recommend a good launcher that allows more homescreens and also allows SE widgets such as timescape to run on it.
I have used spb in the past and loved it but it won't allow timescape on it

Launcher pro is my default launcher, if thats what you mean.
What i meant was that if I switch between ADW launcher and Prolauncher, the space of the widgets is just showing "witged not applicable". Same happens after reboot.
I know that with the custom rom this wasn't the case, so I was wondering what caused it to happen in CM7.
Does it have anything to do with the launcherpro settings "keep in memory"???
Thanks for reply
