I currently have the eng h-boot I ran revolutionary many months ago and then flash the eng h-boot. My question is this can I flash back to the revolutionary h-boot without running revolutionary and will I lose s-off? I tried searching but I'm on the xda app and could not find what I was looking for. Thank you in advance for any help

I don't know about getting back to the revolutionary hboot, but you can get back to the hboot that's almost the exact same as revolutionary, hboot1.4, by flashing a pg86img.zip through your bootloader. If you haven't had any issues with the ENG bootloader, there's no reason to need to change it though. It's up to you.
here's a link to both the hboot1.4 and eng hboot (just choose the one you want to download, both of them are in first post) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1192306
This question is an offspring of this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1601431
It seems that I have a Hboot version 1.11.0011 and 'revolutionary' does not cover this version regarding S-OFF. Is there another way to get a S-OFF onto this Hboot version? (And, why all these versions? - bonus question)
I also wonder this.
Same here
I had the same;
i got it unlocked via HTC unlocker - well not me guy who helped me. He tould e other metod is posible as well but more complicated.
So is it posible - yes.
Yes that I know but if I not mistakeing and you unlock it trough HTCdev you are loosing your warranty.

There is a posibility to downgrade to gingerbread without using the the HTCdev.
After this you could S-OFF with revolutionary.

Did anyone tried this and where did you get the RUU. I Unlocked my Flyer via HTC Dev and reading day and night how to get to the next step and S-OFF. This thread ended for some in a bricked device.
In this tread you can find the RUU
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1062184
But for example I need the RUU_Flyer_HTC_WWE_Wifi_2.27.1114.31_Radio_20.3504.30.089BU_3809.07
And you can't download it
Had the same 1.11.0011 problem, took me a while to finally find the right method.

Well even if you did root without htcdev unlock, it still voids your warranty regardless

IT IS NOT THE SAME!believe me!if you don't unlock via htcdec(with other method) you can revert back to locked s-on.if you unlock with htcdev you can only go to relocked s-on so they know you messed with your phone.unfortunately, for hboot 1.5 there is no other method.only for 1.4

Just downgrade your hboot using cd method, use 1.40+revolutionary, use powduh/commonsens/meanrom and custom kernel and you will find your phone flying high... And at last you still can get back to haboot 1.50 locked
This phone is imortall... Lolz

I don't know if the same is true for the GSM model, but doing the JuopunutBear (wire trick) method for S-OFF left the two CDMA Evo 3D's that I have with a ***LOCKED*** bootloader even though it was ***UNLOCKED*** previously, and those were both on hboot 1.5. The bootloaders are still ***LOCKED*** and I use custom hboots to be able to use the fastboot commands that a locked stock bootloader doesn't allow.

May be a dumb question but wad unsure in my instance ..
If you or I relock bootloader to ruu again
Will the soff and supercid remain
And if I relock to do this can I flash a T-Mobile 4.3 stock ruu on my att htc one
I am unlocked rooted soff and supercid on 4.1.2 software 1.26.502.12
I basically wanna run complete firmware and software for the T-Mobile variant on my HTC one since that's the carrier I'm using it with .
Or would doing a ruu be no different than flashing a rom from that carrier?
Any specific ideas for my question would be awesome .

I guess what I'm saying is if I ruu
A higher firmware version 4.3 over my soff supercid device that is on 4.1.2 currently, Will the hboot stay at 1.44 will soff stay ? If that simplifies the question
I read that soff stays and that u don't have to relock bootloader to ruu if you are already soff.
I just do NOT want to loose soff or update my hboot to 1.55.
Goal still is to flash the tmobile 4.3 ruu on this att One and hope to remain soff hboot 1.44

the hboot doesn't matter to an s-off phone you can safely use the t mobile ruu and update hboot ..your s-off is safe unless you turn it off.
you can get all you need here >> http://www.htc1guru.com
Plus you don't need to relock if you are s-off
