yes there is hybroman 12, it's based on the .62 firmware from sony, all features working including the walkman button.. i've tried many roms yet, i find this one best as it has all features working,
if you don't care about the stereo speaker and the walkman button you should go for the cm7.2 build from fxp

Check that you have installed XMP's driver.
And make sure it's in MSC mode before you use flashtool.

What about the set of drivers for your mimmi required by FT? Did you try to use the "Check drivers" facility inside "Help" menu to check if you have' em installed? It's just a guess but may be the reason.
Also - can't see any "Connect your device in flash mode" command in log. Try not to start with your phone already connected in flash mode but instead start with connecting it while idle > click "Flash" command > pick nAa's kernel & click OK > do as FT tells you (power the phone off and connect it in flash mode) > let us know if anything's changed

I've read much times the guide of FlashTool but i've not found answers.
Please help me about that.
Thank you all, see you.
Do you have an open Bootloader?
Unlock your bootloader and install the kernel whit the last flash tool
Sent from my E10i using xda premium
You must unlock bootloader!
Go and pass to the link below. It's a link about unlocking your bootloader.
Link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1254225&highlight=bootloader
Click the thanks button for me and SpyderX!
like every body said, Unlock your boot loader.
Do u have any applications installed in your computer that associate with the flash tools? for example, bluestack. If u have this, this will make your flash tools recognize the bluestack application that installed in the computer as a device that connected to the pc.

atm i'm using flashtool for unlock my bootloader and it say is unlocked. I'll try some other app for do that, ty all answers.
I'll write again if that's not solved.
It looks to me like youŕe trying to flash the bootloader-relock, and not nAa 11 kernel.
It says: Selected X10-V1-BLrelock.ftf
It should say something like: Selected; nAa-11_2.6.29.6-nAa.11.ftf.
If you can not select this kernel properly, go to the installation folder of flashtool, browse to firmwares, make a subfolder and put the other ftf files in there so you only have the nAa kernel ftf file left when you get to choose which file to flash.
Try to flash again
I hope this helps
[EDIT] You may have to unlock your bootloader again, if you've accidentally relocked the bootloader this way before [/EDIT]

[Q] Rooting Xperia Ray (ST18i) problem

Hey Guys,
I've been trying to root my xperia ray device by following the instruction given in this post. It doesn't seem to work properly for me. Whenever I try to flash with 4.1.A.0.562 kernel it says that my device USB debugging is off even when I've ticked it. Also I've put it onto MSC mode. When I try to put it on flash mode both kernel.sin & loader.sin is grayed out. Below is the log what I get.
