The app is installed under system. You need root to reach there.
Do you mean where is the note saved in SD?

Try to search one by one in SD card... if you still can't find it, it will be saved in android/data in SD. Normally it will be saved in the app data folder.

I have tried looking around to find out how to get the hulu plus app on the nook color. Is there anyway to do this without adjusting the build.prop of the nook, or is that the only way to make it work? If that is the only way, can someone point me in the right direction to make that work or tell me any bad things that will occur by adjusting this.
Thanks.
Check rootzwiki forum. They have a version of thr hulu plus app that can be downloaded and restored using titanium backup . This version works on my nook color without editing the build.prop I think its in the thunderbolt forum.

Thanks, you reminded me of something, I remembered there was the app and titanium files on the inc2 area, got it working without adjusting a thing.

I was finally able to get it to work! Thanks for the info on the files in the inc2 area!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1182668
If you download the app and zip files from there, place the three individual zip files in titanium backup folder. If you already have hulu installed, clear data for the app first and then uninstall it and may need to reboot, I had to do so with the inc2. Install the apk given but do not open the hulu app yet. Restore titanium backup files and enjoy hulu plus

Thanks for the info guys.
Does this still work?
I have downloaded the files and use titanium to restore...
The app runs but gives me the "device not supported yet" banner.
I can use it to manage my account and all... but no play...
anyone?

so here it is... If you re like who use your tab to write essay and stuff, this is THE ONLY office app app you need. 100% ms office functions. I ve used many other office apps, Office Suite, Quick Office etc... none 0f them are even close to Cloud On
So Go on the market and search Cloud On.
You welcome
I am loving CloudOn on my tab.. Though its animations are pretty slow, its one great app.. Hope they will integrate SugarSync with it.. then it be my one stop office app for my tab....
I am using KingsOffice(its free) for that.. Google Docs + Dropbox Integration and has all it needs to work with documents on the tab.
OfficeSuite Pro is only 61p at the moment, for that price I'm going to give it a go, think I'll download CloudOn as well to compare.

Use the Site search and you'll find dozens of threads on it, and search for App called Directory Bind because that's what you need if your phone's Rooted.

If you're not rooted then you're out of luck.
Well... I would not call it out of luck because technically the Move-to-SD option is no longer necessary since the apps are already stored on the internal storage and no longer in their own small /data partition.

Thanks for the replies. But the user doesn't want to root his device.
This is not mine. Any option to transfer it without rooting?
Edit: This is not mine as I will not make the same mistake ever again!
Take that Samdung?
Phew! I actually thought you had bought a Lagdung S4!

Hey you could try to use Samsung Switch. I believe it's made for transferring data from and to Samsung devices. I think it's downloadable in Google Play.

try moborobo it's a pc program which backups messages , numbers , call , logs , apps ,data , songs , videos and no need for root
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...wsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5rb3VzaGlrZHV0dGEuYmFja3VwIl0.
This is the best way! And I am speaking from experience, works flawlessly and you can backup to external SD if you want to. Since you are not rooted, you need to use the PC app as well, after that, you can backup as if your phone was rooted.
With that Smart Switch app from Samsung you just have to download it on your S3 and new S4. Then let each others' backs touch, and everything will be transferred via wifi direct which is very fast.

Thanks guys for the recommendations. Here are my take on these:
Samsung Switch - tried this, useless as F!
Helium - could have taken that route were it not for the software I used
Sorry Glebun. Won't happen again.
As for the software I used, it's Wondershare MobileGo for Android. Did what it's supposed to do. Pretty much.
I just hate that there are multiple entries in the phone book. For example, he has a contact with multiple numbers, all of them are going to be on a separate entries. Strange.
Should've tried Helium.

Hi, your paid Google Play Apps are saved on your Google Accout so you can reinstall them everytime you want, of course on a new Phone too if logg in with your Google Account.
If you want to download the APK files to your Computer you have to root your phone and save the apps with titanium backup as far as i know.

Hi, I've never downloaded paid apps but all the apks of apps I downloaded from the play store are in the /system/app/ directory. I'm not sure if you need root access to get there. Hope this helps.

Hello,
Yes you need to be root to able to get aPKs from phone. Android tools, with adb, will helped. Just rembemr, APK you bougth is not yours, its illegal to give them to somebody else or try to reverse engenering them.
JHelp
Not /system/app as this is read only rather /data/app for many apps
Most paid apps go to
/data/app-asec
Unless you are running some real old android versions
And just so you know there is some trickery needed to copy them from here but being its not cool to do so and if distributed its called warez, I'm not going to explain how if that's what youre after

Of course you can, you're rooted. I believe the op was curious where apps go when downloaded from play store and I was just saying that none of them go to /system/anything as this is 'normally' a read only partition. They go straight to /data/app most of the time and paid mostly goes to /data/app-asec
