It'd be convenient to have on my phone.

If you mean a 48-series emulator - not sure... But a 48GX emulator would be...
LEGENDARY WIN!
Still have my 48GX from high school. Over a decade later - STILL unmatched...

Andie graph doesn't. Worked great on my cappy, but locks this up
Not sure what features you want are, but RealCalc Scientific Calculator has an RPN input option. I have the paid version, but there is a free version that you can check out.

I've liked algeo, it has full solve graphing and other stuff

Oh wait, I completely misread the first post and read HP instead of TI...
Ooops. Fail.
Why would you want a TI calc emulator???
There were a few on the Market a few months ago. Probably still there.
Update: Looks like they got merged into Andie Graph and that broke stuff.
Andie Graph specifically mentions no support for SGS2. Works fine on Galaxy Tab 7 (installed it the other day with TI86 rom).

i'm guessing this is a reminder to everyone that Fennec is still in alpha?
I just installed it and "imeatejely" removed it......i will try it again when its final.
Not really a reminder its an apk download, and yeah its pretty bad right now and I uninstalled it almost right away but it looks pretty nice.

This reminds me of back when I used Windows Mobile and the Mozilla team tried to put together a Mozilla mobile browser. Went through several alphas/betas and never ran worth a crap.
Let's hope they do a better job with Android, but from the sound of it, they're off to the typical start.
Runs slow

Alpha or not, that is dog slow. I tend to lean toward another failed Moz mobile. A good alpha is reasonably fast but crippled, buggy, and crash prone.
Tried it yesterday and it's pretty awful. Locked up my phone twice. Had to pull my battery out to fix it. Nice features but not worth a damn in it's current state. However it inspired me to try dolphin again which I'm starting to like.
I'm optimistically hoping beta will be better....

Nearly as bad as the pre alpha release. It literally took it 3 times longer to render englishrussia.com over 3g. Everytime I'd fructose double tap to zoom it'd freeze and wouldn't scroll, checkboarding all over the place. Kept It for less than 10 minutes. Lets pray beta is better.

Just wanted to let you guys know that in the android market there are a few apps that are bring sold for 10¢ . I just picked up swift x keyboard.
Sent from my T959 using xda premium
Just an update guys android market just added beautiful Widgets to the 10¢ deal.
Sent from my T959 using xda premium
Holy crap BEAUTIFUL WIDGETS?! gotta get it...
Sent from my Vibrant
Those are the two apps I have purchased so far.
I would have too but I've had beautiful Widgets since the mytouch 3g
Sent from my T959 using xda premium
Not a big fan of beautiful widgets. But I did grab Reckless Racing HD for a dime. Theres the regular version and the HD and they arent labeled very welll. I had to go in description to see. The way for you to tell is to get the one that DOESN'T have the editor's choice label.
seems the 10 list changes daily, thats pretty awesome, some of these are pretty decent deals.
Anyone have anything good to throw out on airsync? is it only compatible if you use there doubletwist media player?
Just pucked up adw launcher
Sent from my T959 using xda premium
Just to let you know I have a thread going about these and am updating the OP with each day's list of apps. Some good deals but mostly seems like some heavy gaming apps with a few productive/utility types thrown in for good measure. there was one today that was 46mb download. That is massive.

I would like to recommend a nice keyboard replacement for the Note.

I had actually purchased this keyboard for a Dell Streak 7 I owned. I sold the Streak and had forgotten about this great keyboard until I was going through my email's and ran across the link / activation from where I had purchased it.
Anyway long story short, the version is now up to 4.5, it's skinnable and has many free skins to choose from. Also hand writing recognition like Samsung's keyboard. You can also set your own landscape / portrait layouts as well.
There is a 15 day free trial to see if it suits you, just thought I might recommend this, my old activation key worked with the newest version, if any of you guys have used it on previous devices your license will transfer fine.
Try it out and leave your comments here.

Nope!

I do but then again that's just me, if you look at the memory footprint it uses less than swype, has as many features and seems faster, but then again, my opinions are my own, just sharing knowledge I find.

I like the spacebar being offset to the right so i dont type.and.hit.the.period.button.all.the.time.
I've tried this as well as SwiftKey as alternatives to Swype. So far, Swype is still my #1.

+1 Swype is still best. Swift is a good alternative to a stock keyboard, but not close to Swype in my opinion.

Used this for a while on my Captivate. It was slow compared to Swype so I haven't touched it again.

I to have grown fond of Swype, so fast and fluid.
This is my first android phone and I just came from a htc touch pro 2 that had a real keyboard. Now with the GS3 keyboard I'm completely lost when I'm trying to use symbols other than a .
It took me a while to notice that you got ? and ! under the . as well, but I'm still typing waaay to slow. I was actually typing "questionmark" at the end of my sentences as it's faster than actually finding the damn question mark.
So my question, you guessed it, is this: Is there a way to change the keyboard to something that includes other characters, maybe with help of a shift/alt/fn key?
Thanks!
Try downloading SwiftKey 3 from the playstore. That app helped sort my typing issues out no problem. (this is also my first android).
Thx.

I'm downloading it now. What's the difference between the free and paid version?
As far as I'm aware the difference between paid and unpaid is the usual 'more advanced features and customisation are available with paid' . However I used the free version without any hitches for a week. After which I wanted to pay for it because it's one of the best apps on my android (I'm a terrible texter) and the devs deserve my money.
I hope it helps you as it helped me.

OP: If you actually read the description in the store, you will see that in the case of Swiftkey, the free version is a month free trial of the full version. Given that they've got a bit of a sale on at the moment, you might want to give the free version a quick try and buy it soon-ish if you like it.
Been using their keyboards (phone and tablet) for many months and I it's well worth the price, though I'm still adjusting to the new version

I just bought it after using it this afternoon for a while... much better than the original keyboard. Still, if someone knows any keyboard that actually utilizes a (multitouch?) shiftkey, let me know

Any internet website that has the 'hover with mouse' stuff to show extra options. Taking notes in school, sending screenshots to friends.

I'm running Beans also and I use the pen for handwriting notes and hovering over videos I made to see the previews. I think that's hella cool especially when I have iphone users watching me. Cutting and pasting anything from the internet or outlining pictures and pasting those to my scrap book. I love how the notepad pops out when I pull the pen out to jot a quick note. And I LOVE just pulling it out to let everyone in the room know to watch out, here comes my light saber. (Modded the saber sound)

I've mainly used it for marking up screenshots. I like it for gesture keyboards. I always think I need to put forth more effort to use it since I know it's useful!
Drawing has been a childhood hobby that lasted until a few years after college. Since I've gotten my note 2 I started using sketch book mobile and started drawing again. A Lil rusty and the small form factor for artwork takes some getting used to. I'm really enjoying it.

Sudoku - S Pen
not gonna lie..I barely use mine.
I have pulled mine out to show off the phone a few times, that's it. I never use it.
