Will the Razr Maxx have is own section or do you think the existing forum be used?
Sent from my DROID RAZR using xda premium
i would vote for using the same section as the Razr. It is after all a Razr, just with a bigger battery. Im getting my Maxx tomorrow and i would hate having to go back and forth between a Razr and a Razr Maxx forum.
own forum, it is a different phone.
Don't all the droids have their own forums?
I'm getting mine tomorrow as well. And I agree on keeping it here. With the bootloader locked there isn't much development especially on the cdma side of things. Would be two basically dead forums until dev picks up.

I'm getting mine today and also vote for keeping it here.

It's not a different phone.
Different back and battery.
The insides are identical.
Single forum.
Keep it here. You can taunt us original RAZR owners with your excessive battery life.
An image with exif data containing a Droid RAZR HD appears at Picasa!
It looks like it has a 720P display..

Definitely the razr if you can live with the battery life; preferably the maxx.

+1
I had a Bionic -> Razr -> Razr Maxx
The Maxx is definitely the better of the three.
The Bionic is a good phone, but is now read ended and people are even seeing warranty replacements being offered to them as Razr or Razr Maxx.
Forget the Bionic..

I went with the MAXX and so far so good.
I have owned both phones. I would still have my bionic but I jumped into a pool with it.
I actually got paid $40 to get that phone it's a funny story actually.
But I now own the Razr Maxx and it owns hands down. Battery life is x5 of what my bionic was.
I had to turn off data when not in use (I good practice but I don't have to on the Razr) and I never ran it on 4g because it would just instantly drain the battery. I had eclipse rom on it and it still drained like crazy.
Razr Maxx > Bionic
Razr is superior in every way.
Shouldn't be to hard of a choice.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. However while the razr is no longer in the top tier of phones, it's still a very solid device. Build quality is excellent, great hardware, and will be getting more software updates(jellybean). Yes the up dates may take a while but at least we know they are coming. Besides only about 20% of all android OS's are using ICS. Compare that to the 1.2% running jellybean. Unless you are one of those people that have to spend top dollar on the latest and greatest only to have it be obsolete in a month, the razr series phones are fantastic devices.

I bought 2 bionics on day 1. After 2 months they sent me 2 razrs to solve my problems.
