miui 1.9.9 +"Extended Settings Menu Options"
flashed multi language pack
wipe dalvik cache
reboot
"Extended Settings Menu Options" didnt work (statusbar back to stock)
flashed "Extended Settings Menu Options" again
wipe dalvik cache
now "Extended Settings Menu Options" works fine again

I have Miui 1.9.2 and everything works fine.
but after unlock BL i dont have Deepsleep.. Just deactivating automatic Time ....
and some time i looked battery drain
what kernel did you use?
i dont like kernel built-in

Just to confirm: to flash using xrec and NOT cwm?
Tried both packs on Whitecookie's MIUI.
Recording still doesn't work and no extra languages.

i've made an icon pack for the MIUI v4 Rom,which contains the default Android ICS Icons.
I hated the square backgrounds ,an the big size of the MIUI icons , so i read something about creating themes for MIUI
and here is it
How to use :
You have to copy the Default ICS Icons for MIUI.mtz
to /sdcard/MIUI/theme
and then apply the theme in the settings.
Here is mine.
Launcher:- Stock
Theme :- Stock/assortment of flowers
Icons :- theme based
LockScreen:- theme based
