I'm using gingerdx v18 and I downloaded the launcher from the xperia active section.Is there any reason and solution to it?

I myself using Active Launcher too, and it's not too slow. (yes, under GDX018 and LDX004) I think it's because I've set swap for my phone, so it always get enough RAM, and it mustn't close if any app is started. Conclusion: Try set swap, and see if it works!

So, is it any way to get other launcher from one of Xperia phones? I very like this corners in Stock ROM, and in Active Launcher, but is very slow, and it annoy me.

I believe the lag is due to the screen dim. If already dimmed and you press another corner it doesn't lag.

timescape is actually a huge and distinctive app in android.. it has live wallpaper while it's not a launcher; it has a lot of animations that are absolutely beautiful compared to the ****ty 2.3 one which almost has none; it not only links you to phonebook and facebook as in 2.3 but also links you to mediascape.. etc etc..
i hope you understand what i am trying to say

yeah ur right but when i tried i missed more integration with europe... it was annoing to see the weather of beijing while im in spain... but as soon as someone here in europe takes charge of its development ill install it again
this launcher is sweet, now with the new version it goes to landscape mode 2

360 is something simillar to yakuza (in japan)...in malaysia they r soo many of them...haha...but i dont know if this "360" things is the same ....(^^)/

You are right. I also tested in my Arc S. very smooth. Just need some more customization like auto rotation, more desktop screen, Better dock bar, resizable widget, etc. Hope they will bring those things very soon. But not yet tested on Xperia S.
Yes , and i think it's not a hd.When i compare with sdk launcher it's like a tv in 60 hz and one 100hz.When i've start the apps i'm very happy with the originality of this launcher but after compare with sdk quality of colours etc..i think it very expensive for the moment.Did to see if the dev's make more with this app.

I tried this out and to be honest, while it is very smooth it seems a bit gimmicky to me. I wish you could revert to the swipe left and right, the cards thing is too fiddly if you are in a hurry

You can try Perfect Keyboard Pro, which is my favourite, I don't think it has the swiping function, but I type faster without it.
Swiping is actually easier on Swype than Sony keyboard in my opinion.
Even ive installed cm 7.2 and im used to chinese keyboard of xperia

It's not only about Swype feature, but I like to use Sony keyboard because it's easier to switch between my language and English. Other keyboard do not have plug in for my language yet :-(

Multiling is not fully support my language, I cannot type some character, and I like Sony keyboard with its interface and feature

Try different launcher like Apex, Nova etc.
If widgets won't update anyway, try to restart your phone and then remove and add widgets to homescreen again
Did you use supercharger or any other mod? Try to remove the mods first. Usually this kind of behavior is caused by aggressive memory cleaning you put into the phone. Might try to reset the phone if nothing works.

Don't stop the running apps on setting
If u stop the running process of the widget...
The time will stop too
Use another launcher
Like from xperia s or sola home screen
