[Q] Notification LED Brightness - Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo, Pro

I have a problem with the Notification LED in Xperia Neo, i don't know if it by the Custom Kernel or MIUI ROM, but i wanna change the brightness, i show you a image, maybe you can Help Me...
Example,
Top image. Charging with my phone turned on
Bottom. Charging with my phone turned off

}

I'm on stock (see signature) but I see no difference between the brightness when charging while the phone is on, and charging with the phone turned off. (Orange LED btw, don't know for green LED)

i mean, any color of notification is very LOW, sms, facebook or any app when my phone is ON, LED brightness change when my phone is OFF and charging
On stock i don't have this problem too, i guess this is a bug in kernel (because i use Blend MIUI)

Possibility to turn off standby light on MDA II ?

Hello,
I was wondering if I could turn off that standby light without having to turn off the MDA, so that I still can receive calls, it saves some battery and it wouldn't light up my bedroom while sleeping, sometimes annoying
Thanks!
Innovator
There are plenty tools who can do that trick, (search for something like, screen toggle !)
Have you tried holding the power button down for 2 seconds?
I want to ask you, if you know how to turn off the flashing of the green light of the XDA II? Or the Bluetooth, cuz I hate to see it flashing. 10x
it doesn't work with screen toggle
it really dont use very much power to blink a led that way

[Q] status/notification LED

this surely must have been asked before but can't seem to find any answer.
does the SGS2 have a status/notification LED?
No it does not. But I use No LED from the market. IMO it works great.
i wonder how many of those that have battery problems are using NoLed.
BLN
We need BLN like SGS1.
The notification system is bases on touch buttons lights but for that we need a custom kernel. I hope supercurio or braap will come with one, quickly.
using noled without a battery issue.
I guess a few jumping around pixels on a AMOLED display won't hurt much,
I think battery life is great. Of course if you use large icons and vibration and maybe audio notifications your results may vary.
I just like to be able to walk away and come back to visually see a missed call, e-mail sms ect.

Ambient Display setting has no effect

Hi,
as per thread's title, I can't see any difference when switching this setting on. Is it just me?
Thanks for any info.

I does work for me.
If the Display is turned off and you receive a message or whatsapp or email and so on, the display activates and is showing the lockscreen.
If this option is turned off and a msg comes in there is no reaction at all, so the display remains dark. (Other than the sound / vibrate / light etc.)
Well, in this case I can confirm it doesn't work for me.
(Mmmh... now it's more than one thing that's not working...)
Any suggestion? The feature looks quite nice.
OK, it works when setting one lock method at least, I.e. swipe to unlock. I had nothing set before.
Not sure it makes sense, but at least it works.

Click to collapse
I can't see the image, but is it like this:
If yes then turn off show cpu usage.
Sorry about the image, I fixed it already. But no it has nothing to do with the CPU usage setting.
Found out that it's factory mode. Fixed with http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/help/fixed-exit-factory-mode-t2424015

Question Adaptive brightness = screen too dark

Hi,
I have a s23 ultra since a few months.
Everything were fine, but since 1 week, screen is a bit too dark with adaptive brightness on.
I don't why but when I'm at home, the phone is usable but too dark.
Outside, I have to manually increase luminosity.
Do you have any idea?
Do you use a screen protector? If yes is it one of those privacy ones? Those are darker
Have you run Diagnostics in Maintenance menu?
There's a proximity recognition there. Try that.
There are android apps, example, DevCheck, that lets you check sensor data like this one called Light.
Check if everything is normal there.

Hi,
I use the same tpu screen protection since the first day, it's not a privacy one .
I've launched "sensors" and "proximity" diagnostic with no problem
