hey guys i need help transferring my team and cards and all of this game from my G2 to my new sensation
i tried doing it the titanium backup way (transferred backups) but its not working it shows up an error message saying the app will exit because there was an error
it worked this way with other games but this particular one isn't
any help would be greatly appreciated!

So just like any other regular day flashing roms I backed up my **** in Tibu followed the instructions on how to install this ROM to the T then when restoring in batch operations I dont get any of my previous SMS messages (the storage of all my messages) is completely gone and some of my newer contacts are missing! Im confused as sometimes it just takes me a reboot to get them to show up but I did that, then tried reflashing CM7 but im still SOL... Can anybody help me please! I read through the whole thread under development and nobody really complained about this problem or even stated that it happend. I even read that various people had no trouble at all restoring past SMS or other user data so Im quite distraught if anyone has any advice im all ears!

I've never heard of this problem before, could be a bad flash or a problem with TiBu.. as for saving contacts I make it a habit to export a contacts list to my sd card every time I save a new number, then import them after flashing a rom. I've never bothered saving sms messages so I couldn't help you there, but I know I've seen some sms and mms backup/restore apps on the market.

Hey guys! I have this really weird issue, each time I try to play Stardunk or Gun Bros, the phone would crash. The LED light starts flashing pink, there's a crying smilie face with the message simply saying the phone has crashed and that is saving a log to the SD card and that the battery should not be removed.
It also says that for more information, to visit https:// wiki.sonyericsson.net/androiki/c/ which brings me to a dead-end on any browser I try.
I've cleared the cache, re-install the apps and tried moving them back and forth between the phone and the SD card (32GB, class 4). It also happened with the original SD card that came with the phone. I also didn't install any apps until updating to 2.3.3 and then rooting 4.0.A.2.330.
So far only those games are giving me that problem but I'm going to check if more apps do the same, any suggestions? Is anyone else going through the same?

dont use pirated software?
Well, I didn't know that just rooting the stock firmware and downloading free games from the market would mean I'm using "pirated" software... I just wanted to confirm if the problem was my phone or if other users with this phone are having the same issue... But thanks anyway.
I tried over 60 apps and games over the week and only those two games crash the phone. I'll try un-rooting and see if it helps.

If more Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro (International, SK17i) users have the same problem, then perhaps we can make a list of apps that don't work on our phones, it would also benefit Mini and Active owners.
Gun Bros didnt make my phone crash just didnt start up. It aint working on our devices.
Not sure if anyone knows why some data gets restored for games and programs but some of my save game data was not restored with this program I guess rooting and titanium is the only way to go its a shame. I lost about 20 hours of a game I play called lair defense and now I don't feel like playing it anymore.... lol

Same with me on my Phone using Liberty Backup on Liberty Rom on the same game.. lost about 13 hours worth of game time and I don't feel like playing it again
problem with save game restore - lair defense + titanium backup

Games:
- Lair Defence: Shirine
- Lair Defence: Dungeon
Backup app: Titanium Backup Pro
Behaviour:
When I make a backup, delete app and then restore it, all my saves are back.
When I make a backup, install new rom (resurrection remix mostly) and then restore it, all my saves are gone.
Any help would be appreciated in this particular case of Lair Defence. It's my favourite game and I change my rom quite often.

I've test with cache backup with Ultimate Backup, idem.
I've test to backup manually folder game in Data\Data, idem.
I don't know if backup restore between two ROMs with same kernel (eg gingerbread 2.3.5) done same result.
i must complete this two great games before changing ROM oO'

no solution sorry, i've finished two games with one ROM and switch after.
I think this may be my first post on XDA. I roam XDA, Rootz, and AC all the time but rarely find a time that I can contribute to others so I generally keep to myself.

From time to time I have issues with getting apps to work. Normally I can figure out a way to get the app side loaded and working but this has not been the case for GTA. When the app first hit the market I paid for it and downloaded. I have always got the same message after opening the game.
"Unfortunately, GTA III 10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY has stopped."
Obviously i have downloaded the data files from a site and put in the correct folder on my "SD card"..still no luck.
Maybe I have downloaded the wrong data .rar files? Which ones are working for others?(I read HTC Sensation files work in other threads)Where did you download them?
Are there any changes I need to make in order for the game to work?
Any suggestions would be helpful...i have wasted a lot of time on this.
Was helped by another member. Went through the market to update the app. was able to download the files and play afterwards.
I have the same issue with the Madden 12 app. It starts downloading some 300MB update, but then just quits and tells me to try later.

Since I never wiped my SD card when upgrading from CM7 to CM9 all I had to do was install GTA and it launched using the files downloaded while on CM7. On CM7 I had downloaded the files on wifi, not sure if this works in CM9.
You can find the files already downloaded in an archive on the internet, just pick the correct GPU brand and it should work if you can't download on the Touchpad.
I have download the data direct from Wifi with no problem at all !
If you have save data, you can backup the file from "/sdcard/Android/data/com.rockstar.gta3ger/files/GTA3/GTA3sf*.b" before you re-download the data.
First off, anyone else having the problem of NPC conversations in Zenonia 4 not showing up in the dialogue windows? They will display just fine for the first few minutes and then just be blank after that. I emailed Gamevil and haven't received a response yet. Anyone know of a fix because it's really hard to play the game without knowing what people are wanting you to do?
Also, when I install Tiger Woods 12, it gives me the error that this display is not supported. Should I change the DPI and to what?
