If you're using Google calendar on your PC anyway, set your phone to use the same Google account and go to Settings --> Accounts and sync --> (tap account) --> Sync Calendar (check).
If that's out of the question, the first result of searching returned ICSSync.
I am a student and there its a server where my time table is saved and actualized from time to time. And I want it to sync with my calendar on my phone. Is this possible to set in sync and account?

Not without putting it into a Google calendar on a computer first. The link I gave you already sounds like what you're looking for if you need to achieve this without a computer.
If you do want to bring a computer into it, you can probably manually Import events from iCalendar or CSV files or Subscribe to calendars in Google Calendar, which sounds like it would automatically update/fetch changes.

Dear all members,
Just to check whether how we can sync my outlook contacts and calendars with my Google account.
I have tried Google App Sync but I have encounter an error which need the Google app sync to be enabled in the email account..
Anyone know what I should do or any easy software to sync the contacts and calendars between Google and Outlook?
i think this was only turned on from 2.1 up then it was enhanced in 2.2
If you are planning on doing this only once a workaround is to export your Outlook contacts to a comma separated .csv file and upload this file to Google contacts. Works very nice, but I understand you might need to do it a smoother way if you need to sync Outlook and Google often.

Hi,
Yes, I will prefer that there will be a software which will continously sync the contacts in my Outlook with Google and that is why Google App Sync caught my mind.
But I know that I can only use it if my Google account is the premier and not the normal type.
Anyone know whether there is other software which can do the task?

Try turning Outlook off then on again?
I have noticed when ever I start Outlook now I get a popup asking about which "profile" (i think is the word used) to enable; google sync or outlook?
Syncing between X10i and Outlook (business phone is foked without this ability imo) is the main reason I am travelling along the rooting road at the moment... not started the search for the software yet.
Have installed google sync but not used yet as I am uncomfortable storing 20+ years worth of valuable networking details in that giants hands
Good luck

Thanks. I managed to find 3rd party software called Companion link but required to purchase in order to use. If the software is good, I dun mind paying for it.
Guys,
I have managed to try out the CompanionLink software whereby you can synchronize the outlook contacts and calendars with your Google account, it work perfectly so with this software, there is no hassle either you do update on your phone or PC using Outlook.
check it out if you are interested :
http://www.companionlink.com/
However, you can try it for 15 days and if you like it, you will have to purchase the license which I will be intending to purchase this software.

Guys, I just turned on my X10 first time.
When I go to Calendar app it asks me to login to Google account.
That may be strange question for users here, but - do I HAVE to login to Google
to use Calendar on X10?!
i'm using MyPhoneEx and it works well and it is free

?! I was asking about Calendar application...
Yeap. I use MyPhoneEx to sync outlook contact/Calendar directly into my X10. If I want to sync contact/calendar with Google, I just goto Setting ->Accounts & Sync and press sync contacts (or Calendar).
That's why your X10 asked you to log-in to google when you turned it on. If you've not log-in to Google, the calendar in X10 is still working fine but you cannot sync it with google contact (or calendar).
Hi all wise ones,
I am using my activesync to sync both my email and calender.
My wife and I also have both of our google calenders shared with each other but hers does not show up on my phone calender. is there a way to get my activesync to import both my google calender and my wife's calender?
Thanks,
Jeff

You should set up a second server source on your phone, with your wife's google account information. Set it to sync only the calendar. This should work fine for you.

I dont think you can have two server sources via active sync, I have looked and I only have the option of one.
Do you know a trick?
thanks,
Jeff
Oggsync do a free version so you could use that to log in as your wife on your phone to have another source.
However, I don't like how it seems to screw times up.
We have a similar set up to you (though I only want to sync my own, two family, and public bank holiday and football team matches.
I use neuvasync.com, seems to work great (and it's free!).
I don't recall this being a problem on my previous android devices.
Calendar entries made online in Google Calendar sync back fine to my phone. However, if I create an appointment in my GN2 calendar, it doesn't sync back to online google calendar. I thought maybe it was just the calendar app problem, but I installed Jorte calendar and it behaves the same way? Am I doing something wrong? I can't find any settings to speak of in the calendar app.
When you are creating your appointment, are you choosing your Google calendar at the top of the page?

Ouch, I didn't know that you had to do that when entering appoints directly into the phone calendar app. What a Gomer I am. Tried your fix and it works fine!
Thanks!
By "your Google calendar", do you mean any google acccount [email protected]? I am trying to work with the stock calendar, and DigiCal.
I am having similar issues, can't sync back to the PC with events entered on my Note 2.
I notice that the account I think I should be using has a long random (not mine) string of characters like [email protected] as the adddress. Is that normal or a sign that something is screwed up?
I just want to sync event to my PC calendar from my phone.
I'm having an odd problem.
I've got an exchange server, I can sync the phone from the exchange server, if I add an event on the calendar from outlook or OWA on a pc, it shows on the phone perfectly. I can delete it from the phone, and it removes it from the exchange server. if I add an event on the phone, it doesn't show up on the exchange server.
I've verified that it's set to sync the correct account (it's the only account I have in the calendar), if I create an event on the phone, and I check the event, it shows that the event is on the exchange server, but it never shows up on outlook or OWA.
I'm not a noob, I'm familiar with running an exchange server, but ANY help would be appreciated.
thanks
pat
You may just backup it via Super Backup from Play Store

? what does backing it up have to do with the outlook calendar syncing with exchange?
Hey there,
I've got a question:
I've got several calendars at my mobile phone - including an exchange calendar from my job.
All calendars are available at my Google account and accessible via browser, except the one from my job. At the office, the Exchange prohibits publishing any calendars, but since I've got it available at my mobile phone: Is there a way to make the exchange calendar accessible via Google calendar at any browser?
An app which would automatically copy any changes from the exchange calendar into one of my Google calendars would be perfectly fine
So.. Does anybody got a trick or hint for me?
Thanks a lot in advance
Hendrik
I have been searching an app like you suggests years ago. I want to sincronice the tasks too. Anyone can help?

Hi johnny, thanks for the hint but yes, I've already tested that one. At the end of the day, it just syncs a calendar at android with an exchange server (which I already accomplished via activesync) but the calender still isn't visible at my google account
Any other hints? ^^ Common guys, there has to be something out there
