I need help with venue recovery, when i try to boot into recovery it was directly displaying entering fastboot mode and i don't see any recovery options. Other than this everything working fine. And I was running on stock recovery.

How did you try to get to recovery mode? I pressed the power button until the capacitive buttons lit up, then held both volume buttons and it went into recovery. Only 3 choices:
Reset
Install update.pkg
Power off
Use volume controls to move up/down, camera button to select.
You can probably just hold the volume buttons while you press the power button, but the way I described above has always worked better for me (with my Streak). I just tested this on my Venue.
Not that mode you will get many options such as sd download, factory status, reset to factory defaults, etc., when you power on the device while holding only volume-down key. A day before everything was ok, now those options were disappeared for me.

Have a problem.
Phone will only boot into clockwork recovery. From there I can not get it to do anything. Reboot and power off just go to a rom manager logo and sticks there.
If I hit the power button.........it goes back to clockwork.
Please help. I was just trying to use the one click root before this happened..
Remember that the power button acts as a "back" function. You have go use the home key for menu selection.

Ok I was kinda playing around with the recovery today. I did something wrong with the button sequence and my phone booted up into the Motorola recovery menu(with white text and everything).
The only problem is, I don't remember what I pressed? Can someone tell me how to enter the Motorola recovery?
Does installing the bootstrap recovery mess up the Motorola one?
Turn phone off, hold both volume keys & press power. Then scroll down to recovery, press volume up, hold both volume keys at the following splash screen, and bam.

While you're at the M logo, hold power and volume down key as if to do a hard reboot. This somehow simulates a "battery pull". As soon as the M vanishes (the reboot starts) IMMEDIATELY press and hold the volume down, volume up and power buttons at the same time and hold them at least until the M comes up, possibly longer. This should at least get you back into the recovery mode. You need to basically be holding the power plus both volume buttons BEFORE the M comes back which is why I say start pressing them immediately after the "STUCK" M-logo disappears.
Wipe cache
I had an issue when the update wouldn't install from sd card. I suggest all that do this update wipe cache and restart
Is there a way on how to flash ROM on Huawei Ascend G525? I had just done rooting this phone. Also, I don't know how to navigate to the recovery of this phone, I did try to press the power on button with the up and down volume keys but it did not go to the recovery. Is there any solution for this?
If you want to go to recovery mode or CWM, press and hold the back key + volume down and press the power button.
When the screen flashes, let go.
And it's done, try it.
Hit the thanks button if it helps.

i tried your way but I failed, it did not rebooted to the cwm. i think there is no hard back key in my handset, it will not work/function when a phone is turned off. keys that would work are only the power button and the volume up/down keys.
Disable Fast Boot for Recovery
Hi, It is as you wrote earlier, volume up and down keys and then press power, But for this to work you have to either disable Fast Boot from settings > all and 2nd last option, or you can remove battery for two seconds at least to force mobile complete shut down.
Hope this helps

Actually there is no clockwordmod installed on G525. Let us wait for developers to work on it. Currently, I found a Chinese language custom recovery available in the internet. You can try that if you want. Just searh on google "G525 CWM".

Is your device rooted, have you installed any custom recovery on your device. There is a way to get into fastboot mode and then go to stock recovery. Press volume button and power key until the device shows the fastboot mode, green color android logo. To switch to recovery press volume up button 4 to 5 time then you will be able to see the stock recovery, that recovery is used to reset your device to factory settings. Hope I helped you, if you have any doubt, plz reply.
