I have a sgsii from att. It has already been rooted using odin. Now I am trying to unlock it and keep getting the error "can't open /dev/block/bml3 no such file or directory". I have also tryed the app to unlock them and it doens't find the code either. I have done a few of these but have never had this error.

I have tried two different methods to unlock my vibrant. I downloaded the sgs unlock app on my phone, and tried the no root method, and the root menthod. Both of them didn't work. Then i tried the "generate unlock windows", and it gives me a "Permission denied error". :S. Someone asked me to check if i had the Nv_data.bin file in my phone, so i connected it to usb and searched for it in the folder the only result i got was, nv_data.bak. Im a total beginer to android someone please help me. Btw this is a used phone which i purchased from a local owner, he might have messed around with it. Also It's running, 2.1 eclair and it rooted.
-Also what in the world is adb shell, where do i get it and how do i use it?!!!!!
I did the generate code unlock with a market app. Seems as if you aren't rooted though. Root your phone first to get superuser permission and then run the app unlock to generate the code. That is what I did and had no problems
Yeah im rooted. I tried the same app but it have me an error. Unlucky

My S2 is currently locked due to 'too many pattern attempts'. When I was trying to unlock it using ADB commands, the error 'exac system/bin/sh failed No such file or directory' occurred. I really need help to fix this error. Ultimately, I want to unlock my phone, so other solution will be appreciated.

Normally you should have been asked to login with your Google account after you failed to unlock by the pattern.
Otherwise you need to wipe your phone unless USB debugging is turned on.

I have a problem
When trying to unlock this model the application of T-mobile Device Unlock shows me the error:
"Failure In Processing The Request. Please Reboot Device And Try Again"

The error has to do with RAM or internal storage?
I can't unlock the bootloader, have tried every possible method still no luck. Somebody help me.
Please post the error, then only someone could help you
if you can't unlock, then i suggest you, not to try it, its way better for phone, to never unlock it, especialy, if you can't or don't know how?

TF201 Unlocking Issues. "Device is unlocked" when using app, but not on boot
Hello everyone!

I was able to upload the apk for the unlock_device_app_v6, and install it, but when it comes down to 'press to unlock your device', I originally got "Failed to unlock device, please try again later". I've tried multiple times to no avail.
I decided to remove my SD card, and try again, and (maybe by pure coincidence), it now says "The device is unlocked" when I click on the 'press to unlock your device', however, there was never a reboot, or a restart.
I decided to continue, but I'm unable to fastboot the flatline_tf201.img file (failed remote invalid state), which I guess means I don't have the bootloader unlocked. When booting the transformer prime, I don't have the text in the top left. I've already factory reset. I have not rooted.
Any advice? Am I missing something?
