I will review the program, if it helps to have a little annoying because if it is half does not sound to me that both the headphones and less on the speaker, sounds a lot more and x8 leaves me in the sound back
The In-Call Volume on Xperia Ray is VERY low both in Ear Speaker and Loud Speaker. It is very difficult to hear the other person if your hearing is not perfect. It is a horrible situation and no fix in sight! But if I find something I will post it. I hope someone can help.
Music etc on loudspeaker works fine.
Hi there, I swapped my SK17i with mini ST15i and I noticed that the volume in the ST15i is too low comparing to SK17i ! is there anyway to increase the volume specially in the GPS, Alarm, Media ?! Thanks in advance...
i had this problem and then i installed apps like Volume + and others like that. they can boost your sound in Speaker, headphone, bluetooth and in-call and ...
try these type apps

Thanks, I already tried the second method but it didn't improve the sound it only change the scale from 15 to 30 ! But why ST15i is different than SK17i ? The speaker sound in the mini pro SK17i is much better than ST15i !
i think the ROM using affects sound. for example CM has less sound boost (even with DSP manager) but with apps like Volume + got way better. maybe mini pro ROM s had worked on sound boost and mini not!

Got this issue in Xperia Ray st18

Music etc on loudspeaker works fine. So far the solutions posted, loudspeaker on then off, then volume - then + are impractical.
Using baseband 86 (latest) on Xperia Ray Gingerbread. ICS had the same issue, and was completely unstable for this phone, Xperia Ray. This problem is in Stock Sony Firmware and ALSO in stock BASED Firmware. Custom Firmware also seem to have this issue.
Biggest annoyance about this phone so far with no definite solution. Don't hold your breath on Sony, they aren't going to fix it. Maybe this has to do with voltage control on the Ear-Speaker when in a call. But it is not right because after a call, the regular sound, Music etc, gets boosted so you can go from being in a Call and barely hearing the other person, and after the call, suddenly the music Explodes.

Pls don't compare with LWW. Because Lww has dual speakers and the speaker type is differs. But u can simply insalling the XLOUD patch, u can increase the sound.
Can you please send me a link where i can download the patch.
I must add i dont have a cwm installed and BL locked.
Thx
Speaker sound in my xperia mini is too low even with the xloud is on
When xLoud is on speaker sound is too low and when i turn it on its la bit louder than when xLoud is off
( Not a big difference but a very little bit of volume increase with xLoud off)
I'm on stock ICS ROM & even changing the ROM doesn't makes any difference in every ROM the volume is LOW.
But the sound boosts up when i use stock GB ROM
I Appreciate Your Help
Thanks.
Hello,
I have recently replaced the backcover of my Xperia Z2
and because i made a mistake one speaker is broken now. Stereo does not work. This ist not a huge problem for me but after the 6.0 Update (i am running eXistenZ 5.0.0) the Ringtone Volume is way lower than the Volume of the same mp3 file player as when played music with the music app. It is so low that i am not able to hear it with all the enviromental noise. This is apparently not a bug but rather a protection from Sony to not harm you wars if someone would call you during a call where you had your phone close to your ears. I am wondering if a custom tom would fix this problem. I tried to boost the volume of the mp3 with audacity and enabeld ClearAudio+ in the settings but after boosting it wasn't really louder , just more distorted. I even tried it with a tasker task to play my Ringtone as a music but the voulme wasn't increased. Is there any rom to fix this. I have twrp installed so installing a rom would not be a problem.
With kind regards
