I created 1GB ext for my apps to move on SD card. But I got this strange problem: Installing apps and moving to SD works fine, but reinstalling apps make my phone reboot (app didn't installed at all). Need your help.

No. The app itself (APK).
It happens to me a lot when I mess around with moving app data and stuff. It seems erratic.
Once it's probably because I moved dalvik to ext.
Another time I tried to force dsp manager apk into Jusada's Sunday rom and it happened.
but the most crucial thing is.... I have no solution

See if you have enough storage on your internal memory. You can check this by going into settings and then sd card & phone storage.
Hope it helps

Go to applications select market and uninstall updates, you'll have old version of the market now you should be able to install applications

This used to happen to me too. What I did was go into recovery mode and simply wipe cache.
sometime it happened to me too ,just clear market cache and data and try install from market again, it usually work for me
So I downloaded titanium backup but when I back apps. It doesn't back them up to my external SD card but instead to my internal SD card, please help

Change the backup folder from Preferences screen
Yea I looked around online and I moved the backup file to the external SD. My only question now is if I get a new phone and of course the titanium app isn't on there, if I just reinstall it than it'll detect my back ups on my sdcard right?

Thank you, well i guess problem solved
Well I've been using link2sd for some time now. I've never had problems with it but recently I've been getting errors where it says I have read-only
I have to reboot my phone in order to link apps again. Then after a while it becomes read-only again. Has my sdext become corrupt?

Why don't you reinstall Titanium again? Also, I feel it's better to install titanium backup in the internal memory instead of the sd card.

I did reinstall it and it does link. I think I'll keep titanium backup on internal. But this doesn't just happen with this app

Hey guys this is my first time postin on xda and i seem to have a problem with my rooted samsung galaxy s2. I have recently lost a lot of apps from the drawer and in the app manager they appear as grey icons. is there anything i can do to restore them back? i have tried rebooting, fixing permission and wiping my caches but nothin seems to work.
thanks,
Zubeyr sahid
You just moved your apps to SD Card.. move them back to internal and they should work fine after reboot there are some apps that requires to be placed in the internal sd card.
I hope this helps cheers!

I can't sorry. whenever i click on those grey app icons and try to move them to internal memory it saysit couldn't move app and app does not exist. help?
First take backup of apps from titanium backup and then do a full factory reset from cwm recovery..because I think this is the last option left.

it looks like those apps are installed on your SD card.
Unmount and remount your SD card, then reboot your phone

Open TB and press the upper right symbol in the bar, now you see Batch back-up/restore- All in the top bar. Scroll down to the bottom and press Delete all backups. That`s it mate
or go into 'My Files' and delete the titanium backup folder

Cwm backup doesn't backup game data. If it did the backup would be massive. The data is on the memory card and stays there even if you factory reset or flash a new rom. You will only lose the data if you format sd card.
Best way to back up game data is to copy to your PC.

Just sync the game saves folder with Dropbox.
That gives you a 30 (or was it 90) day history of your old saves to download in case you f*#% up ingame aswell as the latest one

in my experience, in TiBackup, i just backup the apps normally, then the apps' data (game saves,score,..) will be backed up too, just that when you restore it, you need to choose to restore both app+data
