I don't have riff We got riffbox people in the near but we don't have own.
well i see you have same answering method as Nokser? Can you answer question i asked. You guys rock but you are really anoying when it comes to answering. What version is this? What is better then latest kernel foe tg01? thx!

It's just 1.6 for now at new kernel. We've got all drivers for tg01, like wifi, microphone, gpu accelerate, sensors etc but there is some problems with flash memory, I would work faster with riffbox because i'm funking afraid of bricking my tg01

i was thiking that now android has been prted to the hd2, and seen as the hd2 and tg01 are so similar in specs would we just be able to slightly alter the hd2 andriod version so it works on our tg's??
Edit: ok is this a remotly good idea or me just being stupid again :L???

I have a CECT SciPhone i9++++ (2010 edition)
I have heard and seen a man here in my city that has changed his SciPhone OS to a iPhone one! And he has done it to several people (except me :/)
And i wonder does anyone know how to do it or atleast a web site where i can see it?
And if someone has a site with apps and games for it please post it!

That shouldn't be possible, it's not the same hardware.
But you may be able to install Windows Mobile, so you'll have a usefull iphone in that way

Since November i nearly posted nothing here on xda.. and i want tosay sorry for that.
but i have had much trouble in my life.. , but whatever!
I'm back and ready to start again with you guys!
Maybe some of you know me as lennb or Lenn ?
So now i want to jump into xda again but please help me^^
can you give me some information what happend here since november?
I already read that we now have a g9 section.. and an pre release of Ics on gen8 and g9
Is the gen8 community still active?

Well urukdroid is still very much active, he just release 1.6 of his rom. I would say the Gen8 is still quite active but could use more devs, we do also have people working in ICS which seems to be going well

This forum was launched December 2010 and at new years eve i get my 101 and registed here so i nearly all see here and i think we can be lucky that we actually have develeopers like sauron,bubu und letama..
And the thing with the OpenAos Menu? Still active here?
And.. are you a "big" guy here? in this forum?

From what I know its still about yes.
Haha wouldn't go as far as 'big guy' But I have alot of experience with Android (starting way back with my HTC Magic) so help people where I can.
Also The Gen8 tablets where the first platform (along with my HTC Desire S) that I used to create my ubuntu install guide which has now become a app..
So I guess thats a development? You can now install ubuntu or backtrack within android via chroot

Take a look round the forum... development has stopped. Time to move on, or be content with WM6.5

Up to you. If you are happy with WM, just keep it.
If you want Android (the best OS IMO ) then buy a Android phone.
With trading the TG01, I don't think you can get a good enough android phone. The TG01 isn't worth much. Sell it, raise some money and contribute it towards the new Android you are after. You wont regret it
