When I did a full wipe with installing a new rom (original) the problem is solved but now I have a big problem .. my phone do not charging or accept usb from pc ..
Please Please Please .. Help Me .. I don't know what to do ?!!
Edit : I found when I turn the device off and plug the charger in .. The device open and do not go to charge screen (battery screen) ..
please anything that help ..
please
It is very unlikely you broke it. It is very likley you did something wrong. Check the USB port, if it looks ok then go onto the most basic flag guide and reflash. I once flashed a galaxy s1 kernel onto mine. Seemed broken but it was fine.

hey there!
i guess i found the solution for my problem on this forum but i cant find the topic anymore. i just wanted say "thank you" to the unknown author,
and post the solution again, so maybe some more people can find it since it was just coicidence for me..
okay my samsug galaxy ace s8530 has been bricked when some flashing went wrong. afterwards there was no reaction anymore. i was pretty shure ther was no way but doing this.
unfotunetly i found a post without any answers where someone told the following:
1: take out your battery
2: connect your mobile to your pc using the usb data cable
3: keep pressed these three buttons: Vol- , Menu, Power
4: still keep them pressed and put back your battery to the phone. this is not too easy but actually its possible
5: the mobile will go to download mode, flash with odin.
my battery was nearly completly charged when i did this, and
it worked for me! thanks again to the guy who found out!
btw it is also possible to get to the arm9 mode this way. i just couldnt figure out what it was good for.
I will give it a try tomorrow on my s5570 that i just bought/bricked lol
unfortunately it didnt work for me, would creating a usb test jigs help in my case (my phone cant even power on), and does it charge if I connect it to the power cord?

No it's not the same!!!
With your method, you didn't mention to keep pressing the 3 buttons while putting back the battery. In his, there is this instruction.
With yours it didn't show "Downloading".

Help need for bricked ace S5830
Good day to all!
I am trying to help out a colleague who 'probably' has bricked his Ace S5830
He says he was attempting to flash stock 2.3.6 and this happened.
He has been rooted and using CM previously.
Can anyone please advise what this screen/logo means?
It can go to Download mode but not recovery mode.
I can obtain more details if required.
Thanks and cheers to all.
My phone only enter to the download mode, but i can`t flash it, because i have half-bricked USB port. It`s only charges after connecting to PC: "USB Device not recognized" and in the device manager: "Unknown Device" "A request for the USB device descriptor failed.". Any solutions?

First of all you need to calm down.
Then you need to ask that buddy of yours exactly what he did.
Post how much ever information you can get. In the mean time put the phone on charging.

Can u go into download mode ? Volume Down+ Home button + Power button ?
You dont need to go into any mode, you can connect and flash by Odin while PHONE ! PC logo is displayed, just flash it again and be more careful in what you are doing.
The trouble is you don't know what your original rom was... If your mate just flashed a new rom on without knowing what was needed he may have flashed a custom rom onto a carrier rom... This is not easily fixable if you don't know what your carrier or stock rom was...
Just because someone has flashed their phone doesn't mean they know what they're doing. If its NOT the same phone, don't hand over your rather expensive toy...
Just download SAMSUNG KIES:
http://www.samsung.com/ca/support/m...softwaremanual.do?page=MOBILE.SOFTWARE.MANUAL
Restore your phone back to stock rom.
I can't go to download mode..many time i'm trying to make it..just be like that only, when i put on charging, the screen screen still like that..hurm..anyone can explain to me,how can i do??my friend said, his friend pull out the cable from the fon when he flash the rom into fon..then when he restart fon and want go to download mode...that screen come out..and won't go to download mode..

Not Kies, use Odin.
Dear All,
I'm in a critical situation,My device is totally stopped working when I have tried to flash a custom ROM (I9100GJPKH8_i9100GDZKH5) to my Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100G but the process failed and can't go further even I'm not able to restart my device the only option to restart is to remove the battery and once i do that i got message telling me that "software update fail" and it won't allow me to go to ODIN menu.
I have searched the net for the original ROM for my device model but with no luck ( Original ROM is: I9100gzcki1_i9100gozhki1_chn)
I seek your help in order to get my device back to work.
Thank you
So you can't enter in recovery-mode? Do u have a USB-JIG?
Check this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1457458
Yeah, I'm not able to go to recovery mode.
what is USB-JIG?
Thanks for reply
I think u will be able to get into download mode. Try to get in there and download a custom rom for I9100G and not I9100 understand and flash using Odin. Hope it will help u.

I don't think u can get a USB Jig fast. U need to buy it from eBay. Between Wer u from?
Sent from my GT-I9100G using XDA App
OK. If you can get into download mode (turn phone off. Then hold down the home button & the volume down button. Keep holding these down then hold down the power button), go to Sammobile & download a I9100G stock rom & flash this in Odin following whatever instructions Sammobile have for flashing stock roms downloaded from there.
If you can't get into download mode there's a slim chance a jig might get you into download mode.
There's a thread over in the General section where people have offered to let other people use their jigs. You might want to have a look at that thread & see if there's someone close to you who might be able to help you out rather than you buying a jig on eBay & waiting for it to turn up in the mail.
You can diy one.

If you tried to flash a custom rom ANYTHING other than Juffo rom based on DZJk2 for Gingerbread on a I9100G using odin and you cannot get into download mode... you probably soft bricked your phone.
Buy a USB-jig (basically a microUSB connected to a resistor, there are multiple videos on Youtube you can make one urself or order it online)
Insert the USB-jig into the phone while its powered off, and you should be able to get into download mode automatically.
Go find the original Stock rom and flash it back and look up how to properly backup/and root your device + using custom rom.
There are not many I9100G roms out there, theres the Juffo Rom and the Dark rom for "ICS experience" if i am correct, someone can correct me on this.
** if a USB jig does not turn your phone on or boot into download mode... and your phone is powered off... you hard bricked the phone, and should go see a JTAG service to unbrick your phone.
Galaxy rom rc3 works great. Try out with Lucifr 1.21kernel.

I think i now have the same problem. I tried to take a ROM backup using ROM manager and my 7510 just went dead.
Trying to reboot it using "Power+T" but to no avail.
Did you manage to solve the problem?
Raghu
I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-i9070 which I was attempting to flash a new ROM onto via ODIN, everything looked successful, ODIN confirmed flash was a success and automatically rebooted the phone. Once the phone turned off, it never came back on. black screen. Tried removing the battery (fully charged at the time). Tried the usual Vol Down + Home Button + Power button and still nothing, done the same with the micro USB cable plugged in, device manager popped up in Windows and promptly closed again, some generic hard detected it didn't stay on the screen long enough for me to see.
So is it definitely bricked? is there any way to recover it, I've read some people have recovered variant models e.g. S5830 but this isn't working to the i7090. If it is bricked is the only option to try using a JIG? I've read a few posts but I'm not really that technical on the hardware side (any tutorials with pictures might help). If it does have to go to a service center can anyone recommend one I can post it to in the UK and generally how much does a unbricking service cost?
Apologies if I've missed any pertinent forum posts, but I have had a real good look around and kind of given up now, so any help would be be very much appreciated!
Thanks in advance for any assistance!

It does indeed look that way
I've ordered a USB from ebay and hoping that will bring it back from the dead, hopefully worth the £1.25. Can anyone answer the following question. What is the experience between soft bricked and hard bricked? do they both appear with a black screen, or does softbrick still boot but doesn't enter download mode.
Also does anyone know where I can find the stock firmware (Ginerbread) for the Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-i9070P (on Orange UK)? tried looking but I'm going to need this if the JIG does indeed work!
Thanks in advance!

Seems like your phone unfortunately is a hard brick. The reason I think this is because one it doesn't respond to anything. Two the USB jig didn't work and three seeing as you thought that your phone was the Galaxy Ace it is most likely you flashed a Galaxy Ace rom which hard bricked your phone as it isn't meat for your phone.
