Is this doable? Because the lockscreens are part of the cyanogenmod settings (CMparts.apk).

There already are AOSP 2.3 and Rotary lockscreens in CM7 (both Grif's and Behrad's).
What is diffrent between SGSII and Samsung mods?

On galaxy s2 it was possible to replace the Samsung lockscreen for an ICS lockscreen / AOSP lockscreen on samsung based roms.
I really want this behavior because some programs that use the android 4.X functionality use their additions to the lockscreen (also support by HTC sense).
im talking about programs like tune-in radio and ZPlayer that have an additional element on the lockscreen (album art & player controls) when playing.
is this somehow possible in samsung roms? is it possible to somehow replace the lockscreen? thanx!

Just recently installed the latest version of Android Revolution HD rom based on Android 4.2.2 and im not a fan of the lockscreen, it no longer features the accuweather weather and i prefer the original clock from the original galaxy s3 lockscreen.
Is there a way to flash back to the lockscreen from 4.1 or to add the weather to the existing lockscreen or customise the clock so it's more central and not sitting to the left?
