Hello All,
I am trying to run SIP demo application provided with sample application is not working on 3G network, giving SIP exception "network unavailable".
But it is working fine on WIFI.
Please suggest if I am missing here to add some settings or anything.
Please consider it urgent.

I just got this XDAlls and got it unlocked. The problem is that ATT/ Cingular does not support this device and won't help with any settings. I need to know from step 1 how and what settings to use to get internet and email. I have the GSM service so the settings that you guys can give me should work. I have setup many desktops , but this is really different! My home DSL service is Bellsouth. Thanks!!!

First of all. Read wiki section.
If your provider does not support this device. Get a support for other 'well' featured phone model.
You'll need such things as GPRS connection parameters. (login, passowrd, gateway ip's etc.)

I just bought a Data Only Package for the HTC S740, I'm having problem accessing the Internet w/ the phone. I keep getting Connection Error & telling me to verify my Settings. Can someone please help me set it up or is there a place where I can download the settings. I need it set-up as soon as possible.

Closest thingie I've found is here. Nevertheless, if it's really s740 (not s743), you can expect only GPRS/EDGE and WiFi hotspots connectivity. European s740 will not work on american 3G networks (unlike s743).
So yesterday I followed these instructions to fix up my internet speed...
Everything was fine most of the day but then somehow I lost all data in the evening.
I'm 99% sure its due to some kind of phone setting issue, because if I try and access internet services it fails literally the nanosecond I try and access - suggesting its not even trying to talk to the network.
Could someone please help and advise of all the exact settings I should have set up in the "Wireless and Network" section , particularly for "Mobile Networks", "Use Packet data" and "APN"?
or if anyone knows why my net would be failing as it is, that would be a great help!

Recently I got new Phicomm FWS610 phone, but I have problem with internet connection. Wi-Fi works great, but GSM or 3G not working at all. I have data plan, but when I enable it I still don't have internet. APN settings is ok and sim card too, because another phone works fine. Next problem is that when I try to manual search for network it show error. I'm using android 2.3.7. Where start fixing this problem?
EDIT: In notification area there is "no service" but I can make calls and text messages

Hi, one of my friends has s3 . He recently installed Bbm on his set and find that unable to connect with server .He was using 3G network. All other apps working well on that network. Without wifi bbm not working .Any solution? Help us.

Mobile network>
Access point name (APN)>
Edit your apn, delete all. Except name & apn.
then, go back here, and click thanks.
