Apparently you are not using LinuxDX 'cause I do not have xRecovery with it...

Becouse Achep don't have time to move from v018 to v019! And he give me special patch for statusbar layout like ICS! See it here!

Yeah seems alright for now...even if it drains 10% I don't care couse it's really nice thanks again...and just wonder...can I turn it off from Settings/Display/Animations...or I should not try that?

Got MiniCM7 Pro - v21?
Wanted a circular battery with a percentage figure instead of that annoying cylinder icon?
Well, here it is. Here are two zip files you can install through ClockworkMod that replaces the battery icon in the default "System" theme".
Why two zips? Well, one of them will also give you Ice-Cream Sandwich transitions, which is always nice.
This is based on MiniCM7 Pro - v21 by paul-xxx but might work on previous versions.
Always make sure you backup before you try it.

It is most definitely possible. If you can share your framework-res.apk file, I can do it for you.

Installation
Log into xRecovery (restart your phone and see the picture of DoomKernel press the Back button repeatedly)
Do the following
-1-Do a factory reset (Full Wipe)
-2-Wipe Cache Partition
-3-Wipe Dalvick cache / from Advanced menu /
-4-Wipe Battery stats / from Advanced menu /
5-Install-ROM and
6-You give Reboot
-7-After 10 Animation you can see black screen do not panic wait 2-3 minute.As ROM load give Reboot then go trought SetupWizard wait 4-5 minute and Reboot Again.
Reccomendation:
Charge the phone battery to 100% wipe battery stats and then install the ROM.After install charged again to 100%.
Recommended frequencies 128/1152 SmartAssV2.0 and deadline.
ROM NEED 3-4 Reboot to show full speed

Most stock based roms will work with either locked or unlocked just make sure you have the correct wifi modules

how to :
1.download the Themes and place it in your root of sd card
2. go to CWM recovry (rocomended) and flash it

thats it ,enjoy the themes ,but before you go with this will be much better to backup your rom first if you got some thing wrong in the midle of instalation.
im only try this in USSR V5 never try in version before , thats all i can give for this ROM dont ask me for other theme.
