I was wondering if there is a way up updating the Incredible S 4G after it has been unlocked.. I have unlocked the phone and currently on the Rogers network..
There's an update to Gingerbread but every time I search for an OTA update, i am told that there are no updates currently available..
Is there a way of getting this update through software instead of a OTA update?

I was previously on a 3g network. I debranded my phone using gold card and managed to get the generic rom. I recieved OTA 2.1 update instantly.

Hey gang, whats the newest HTC update u guys got? I just received a new one two days ago. Was wondering if anyone has any tips on staying unlocked after updating.

i bought at&t moto atrix 4g from ebay and i unlocked it with unlock code
so now i will get my updates once motorola release it?
and now i can't read or type arabic is there a way to fix this?

I just recieved my ota ics update from verizon the other day and now want to root. Seen ways to do it but most were on leaks. Not a noob. I can root a htc no problem but moto is differant for me.

everything are fine until i found out that I can't check updates for my phone
(it shows only with CDMA network) and I don't live in US so I'm using GSM network
was trying to unlock and flash custom ROM but the thing is my phone already got OTA update to version 2.04.605
as I know this version can't be unlock so don't even mention about flash CMV and what not.
Is there any chance that I could just downgrade back to version 1.15.605?
I also am trying to figure out how downgrade so that I can root. Im not exactly sure how to root but from what I read I need to be on 1.x.x.x instead of the 2.x.x.x . Please help I searched and this what I found
