i've managed to get the wifi and bluetooth working in the blockbuster rom by flashing the kpb modem.i guess it works because ketut made the kernel based on kpb.im a noob here so i dont get to post in the development section.try it..

Hi All,since I have been away from this board for a while,
I am wondering if by now there is a nice custom ROM with WIFI working as good as in stock gingerbread?
I have tried most ROMs (been a month or so) and there was none (for me ) without WIFI reconnection problems.

have you tried wolf's tweaked rom?
You can try wolf's GB rom, i been using his rom since the 1st version and never got issue on WIFI
u can try Ericks Rom !! its pretty neat with Wifi wrking Flawlessly

I've been looking around on google and on this forum as well as CM's and their wiki page, but I can't find any explination of what radios are and where I can find the newest one compitable to my device and ROM.
I'm running CM 7.1.0 and my current radio version is 7.05.35.26L. I'm having problems with my GPS not working at all, which is why I want to install a better radio (That's what I've understood so far).
I have your problem... when I install the cyanogen... the wifi and the gps not work fine... And I Install this radio7.13.35.05 and my gps and wifi works very good
I dont know what radio is the best... But I think that if the wifi .. gps and Calls Works... I dont change my radio... xD
With CM 7.1.0 stable the wifi works more good than 7.0.3

Radio zip must be flash using cwm recovery 2 (rommanager / all the recovery / 2.5.0.7)
Hi, as i'm not able to post in the right thread because i'm too new for development section, i have to ask here for help.
Out of nowhere my wifi stopped working, one day after i flashed FXP 133 cm9.0. Until then, it worked perfect.
Signal strengh ist 100% (3meters away from router) und authentication works, too. After a few tries it shows, translated to english "bad connection" and stops trying to connect. The strange thing is, i had that before with FXP132.
To sum it up: I installed FXP132 one, and FXP133 another time and always after a day woking it broke...
Somebody can help me???
Maybe i forgot to flash/install a package?? Like wifi modules with KRsH Kernel??
boot.img, baseband, gapps and rom succesfully installed...
I had no problems with "real ics 5.1" and "MiniCMSandwich Lite AOSP" but really want to keep FXP because it's fast AND has all the features i want.

that's ur problem...
if YES :
then install the rom again...
reflash baseband
Others try flashing baseband.Here i live in Brazil my baseband base is .58. Find your best baseband.

Hello, I have a problem with my wifi, it won't work on any rom except the samsung one.
I use supernexus 3.0 on 3 other phone and no problems, they have the same baseband (i9300xxemg4)
any suggestion ?
Wifi is kernel not baseband .
Try a kernel change if you mean it does not work on non samsung roms .
Search read multiple posts on wifi not working on non Samsung roms .
You should ask in the relevant roms thread for what's wrong with the rom .

I have herd that flashing stock kernal then using cam then flash stock kernal can fix? but has anyone been threw with with a solution ?
