How to uninstall Moxier Pro ? from Xperia Mini Pro? SK17i ???
You need to root your phone and uninstall it with either titanium backup or root uninstaller
Sent from my SK17i using XDA App
here is a link -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1328322
in that post are ways to root your phone and the apps that you can remove without kill your mobile
for uninstall apps i use root explorer
you have to go to system/app, then switch the r/o to r/w and delete the apps
when you are done, reset your phone and everything will be done
I use Root Uninstall

I freeze aplication than uninstal and aplication was back after restart phone
if you got root explorer, check these :
/system/etc/customization/application
/system/product/application
I check first directory and here is screenshot.
second directory not exist.
What have I to do?
yes all you need is to root ur phone and then use software like root uninstaller on system app remover (I use it personally) to uninstall system apps
You dont understand me, I have rooted phone and I uninstall SE aplications, some of that application come back after restart.

2. How to export/import Opera Mobile 10.1 bookmarks.
3. Is it possible to disable option in home screen "tap and hold" to add more widgets, because I often excedently keep messing up order of widgets in my pocket and even when I scrool with finger.
4. How to uninstall or at least delete icons in menu of preinstalled demo games and apps.

You can use Root Explorer and have your phone rooted so you can delete the apps you dont need or copy them from system to sdacard and of course their icon will disappear.
Search in forum about root and deleting apps.
Or look here... is easy to found if you look for: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=840356

Uhmm... They r not the same, titanium is like an app manager and root explorer is a explorer, like astro. Yes, you can uninstall with titanium but for unintalling system apps or those that come by default you may need to be root. Havent tried to do it with titanium without been root but it think that you need to have your phone rooted. Just try it if it doesnt work you will have to root to delete those apps :S
And.. Why u dont whant to root?

1st.thank you for the explanation.
2nd.i don't want to root because I don't think I would be able to install updates from sonyericsson any more and I kinda have a bad past after playing with original system files in my ex-phone :-D.
Thank you again

with rooted phone, to uninstall some DEMO SE apps. and games is it enough to go to /system/apps and delete .apk files that I don't need or is there some more files and folders that belong to those apps. I want to delete....
Yea, delete the apps from /system/app and restart your phone. After that go to Phone settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications, you will see some apps with default icons, and default names like "com.android.****" - uninstall them, and there you go. Nothing left. You can also start Titanium Backup, and clear app cache to be 100% sure that nothing is left in the memory.

The SAFEST way to uninstall system apps is like this:
1. install root explorer
2. use it to go to /system/app
3. click on the mount RW button at the top
4. use multiselect to select all the crap you don't want
5. tap on "move" and go to /data/app
6. mount rw here too
7. paste. with passion.
8. reboot your phone
9. you'll see all those apps are now uninstallable through the application manager . use mini uninstaller though, it is much faster and nicer.^^
If you are a lazy bug, use titanium backup, but i warn you, this thing doesn't uninstall like it should be done, so remnants will remain for sure. most of the time it doesn't matter, but sometimes it can **** up your phone and display stupid force close errors. good day, sir.

What about free software?
Em... you don't seem to understand.. okay, there are two types of apps: system apps and user apps. the only difference is that system apps cannot be uninstalled. so, stock crapware, like trials and things SE doesn't want you to uninstall are marked as system apps. even if they are freeware. mini uninstaller displays all uninstallable apps, so if they appear there, they can be uninstalled. you can download it from the market.

I have just tried to use "super manager", free in market, but with no succes.
If anyone can help me to use this program?. Thanks.
If only is the big question here ,maybe someday i'll invent an app that will uninstall without having to root the phone

I unistalled some apps with TB Pro, but noticed that Assassin Creed dwmoe still was there so I came here searching just to find out that TB it's not all that I think it was... :-$
But ok, at least I now know of this "mini uninstaller" and ran to the market, just to find out that was removed. :-\ :'(
Already googled but can't find it, if someone still have could please upload it here?
Try also absolute system tools not sure it it works without root but it might and have you tried searching the 4 shared site for mini uninstaller?

In any case you need a rooted phone.
The market has some free system app uninstallers you can try.
I dont remember which one I used since I uninstalled it when I finished getting rid of the system apps.
The X10 mini wiki contains instructions.
i use systemapp remover from market, works fine.

I would recommend using flashtool. How to link
Hi
I am new to xda
I have Xperia X10 mini(not pro) and i am having a problem with root explorer.
i can't find root explorer any more and it is not listed with the other apps i have.
i know it is there because i installed it .
i tried to reinstall it but it says that the program has not been installed.
any one faced this problem???
go to settings/applications and select unknown sources than install root explorer
Already done that but still can't install root explorer.
you must root x10 first
i did that long time ago and i could normally use root explorer back then. but i don't know what happened i think it's damaged or something . now i can't use it and i can't reinstall it
If you done firmware update from SEUS must root again.
Try to solve the problem using titanium
Sent from my X10mini using XDA App
Try restoring original android version via SEUS (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zS2LIuy6YfY) then rooting and installing again Root Explorer
HI, and first of all, wanna give a head's up and mention that I'm relatively new to the Droid world...
I have installed MiniCM7Pro over a stock kernel, but my question is, how can I remove the DSP Manager that comes along the rom?
Btw, how can we replace, for instance, the contacts app with GO Contacts?
Thanks in advance!
You can remove dps with titanium backup, search for it on market its a free apk, and I think you can replace the contact apk without problems
Well, Titanium didn't uninstalled DSP Manager, thru that force uninstall option... so, still listening to more ideas...

try using flash tool. post number 8 is how you can uninstall system apps
Flastool Guide
hit thanks to the op and devs if it helped you
Thats strange cause everytime I update my minicm rom I delete dsp with tb. You can other way, with root explorer apk, go to system/app & just delete dsp, then reboot your phone and voila
Use Link2SD
Link2SD is an app with the basic purpose of moving apps from phone memory to an ext partition on SD card. But apart from that, the app can also manage applications, like uninstalling and freezing them.
I use Link2SD only to uninstall or freeze system apps. Its the free, clean and quick way of doing it...

dsp manager can be uninstalled with root explorer. Search in system/app for the app, and in data/data for the data folder corresponding to it (I don't remember it's name, but is like com-dspmanager-something ) and delete both files, then reboot.
About go contacts, phone.apk can be uninstalled in the same way, but is under your own risk. Anyways, keep a backup of your files
works perfectly with root explorer thanks!
For some strange reason, Root Explorer didnt work for me. I had to use Terminal Emulator
(Pre-installed or from the Play Store)
Code:
su (ENTER)
mount -o remount rw /system (ENTER)
rm system/app/DSPManager.apk (ENTER)
That method worked fine for me...
But sometimes, a simple reboot and then using root explorer also worked
I install a room that left me with Odin root on cellulose and no problem, but using Uninstaller Pro to freeze the application (do not delete) PackageInstaller.apk (apparently used this android application to install and uninstall) and pro Unistaller only allowed to freeze and thawed 3 times then you have to download the Uninstaller pro payment application, but the problem is that the freeze PackageInstaller.apk I can not install or uninstall more applications, buy the pay version unistaller thinking that only activated the items and is not so I download to install but being frozen PackageInstaller can not install it. How I can fix this? A reset to factory defaults can fix it? Do I have to flash? What files or rooms need to flash if I do this?
Sorry for my english

You can always do a complete reset installing a stock rom (with Odin software). it will resolve all problems. than you'll have to root again (if you already rooted your phone or want to root it)
