hello guys.. I have a problem with my S2..
`when auto mod gsm\wcdma is activated i can't recieve calls
(with data off ..if i switch data on it works)
`and if i select only gsm (with data on or off) i can recieve calls with no problem.. `does somewone knoew why this happend?
`I use the 2.3.5 rom clean,no root ,no apps installed
I have a similar problem with my IncS... No network with WCDMA/GSM mode occassionally...

i have:
-Install File CWM_I9103XXLQ3_Modem.zip
-Install File Voice Call Enable [CM10] JB 4.1.1 ROM Build 1.zip
- Wipe Cache & Dalvik Cache.
-Reboot the tab
with VODAFONE sim card it's all ok(call in and call out),but with TRE (H3G) sim card it's not working call out and call in and the network is not satble (the signal of network alternate up and down )
Help me please.

I have the same problem with my MTN RSA sim card. Vodafone works fine, but not my other one.
I can make calls, in and out, but no 3G signal. Only 2G. Says "sim card not registered"

Only problems i have is (finnish DNA, rooted stock ISC)
- i cant activate call transfer
- automute if the phone is not connected in charcing

I recently installed the UltimaRom V.6.0.2 on my Gti9300.
Everything seems to working grand other than the data connection which does not function, 'mobile network state' is 'disconnected' and 'roaming is 'not roaming' under status in the settings (please see attached screenshot) so cannot choose internet, whatsapp etc.
This has been checked in the mobile network options, but this will not function regardless. I then thought it might be due to the option to install the baseband version and I chose I9300XXDLI8. Is this where the problem lies since I am receiving and still able to make calls and texts.
I am a t-mobile customer in the UK with 'everything everywhere', I believe the APN settings are OK. I can still send and receive MMS, but no data connection...
Please help me out!
The Rom on installation gives me the choice to install the following baseband versions:
XXELJ2
DDDLJ1
NEDLI1
XXDLID
XXDLIB
XXDLI8

I'm Ajay Rana(miracle28) using rooted xolo q800. Today I successfully make repartition to 2.5GB/275MB with ur X-q800 repartitioning tool & procedure.. But after restoring data, I found two errors,
1. In notification a msg showing, "More Phone Storage needed"
&
A Major problem is
2. Whenever I enable data connection, & as it show E for edge connectivity, phone restarts again & again until I disable data connection.
I solved 1st problem by repartitioning to 2GB APP/768Mb Phone storage
But still as I enable data connection phone restarts itself again & again... until I disable Data connection..
Please Help me....
Now I'm using my phone without Internet... feels useless mobile without Internet!!!

Is updating stock ROM to any Custom ROM for my xolo q800 can help???

I would like to know if by anyway i can use my Dell Venue 8 HSPA+ ( Regulatory Model No : T02D ) ( Regulatory Type Name : T02D002 ),
for making Voice Calls & Send SMS ? My SIM Card is inserted & im able to use 3G Data Services without any problem..
But the only drawback is Voice Calls & SMS..
Do we need to Root it or do we need to install any particular apps ?
I tried using Dailer + .. But it wont give me any option to make a call.. It keeps opening up Contacts+ in a loop..

cant send/receiver sms...
i try to change the smsc number, doesent work
i try to use other sms app ( GO SMS, Hangout ) doesent work
i try only cdma mode doesent work
i try 2g Mode only doesent work
i try disable google voice+ doesent work
System Settings => Security => App Security => SMS Message Limit => None doesent work

no solution found, i wiped and flashed new cm11 and now its works
