trying to downgrade my HTC Flyer 3g to Gingerbread and following all steps to make it S-OFF ( i did it using HTVdev) and loading a ROM, I stuck on the HTC screen till now.My flyer is S-ON RL with HBOOT 1.07.0000-Radio 3809.05.0401.04

I found in the Forum a solution provided from Globatron to finalwolf, same issue with the flyer, but the link to download the firmware is broken

Please supply more information. Where are you in the process and exactly how did you get there? It looks like you have a HBOOT /radio mismatch, but we need more information.

My Flyer 3g was in Honeycomb and a moved to Gingerbread, I put in S-off using HTCdev method.
Then i follow the "Honeycomb to gingerbread downgrade for Official OTA" posted in this forum, at that time my flyer had version-bootloader: 1.13.0000.
I load recovery MD5: cb0683f249e6ad2d754949719104c1a8 and ran the following
adb push misc_version /
adb shell chmod 777 /misc_version
adb shell /misc_version -s 1.22.65
I recognized that I screw up in something then my flyer gets brick with the "HTC Logo", I got S-ON and HBOOT 1.07.0000 and Radio 3809.05.0401.04.

You've flashed the wrong one. That is for HTC One V - "RUU_PRIMO_U_ICS_40A....etc". From your INFO I see you have a HTC Desire V with Asia Hong Kong CID. What you need is a RUU that starts like this: "RUU_PRIMO_DS_ICS_40A...etc"

One other thing. I can see you have last Bootloader (1.30) and last Radio or Baseband (1.10). With these, you are not gona find any RUU that will work. If you want to return to stock, you have to download a stock version from that page you've mentioned and boot/recovery for it, and follow that method. Or, if you have a nandroid backup from your stock version you can restore that.
I'm surprised because of your CID, I didn't know that HTC Desire V has a different version for Hong Kong too.

Here is a list with a few RUUs for this phone, for different versions. I can see there even a test-generic version, that I can assume it will work on every version, but I don't know for sure, I haven't tested it.

Then that RUU you try to flash is wrong, is for One V.
You need a RUU for primo ds, not for primo u.
It is possible to fix it

hi all
sorry for my bad english
i recently unlocked and rooted my htc sensation xe with beats audio, 4.0.3, and still s-on then installed CM12, some functions not working, then tried CM11, it worked good,
after,i tried to flashed another version of CM11 with twrp 3.0, phone stuck on boot logo, then tried to wipe data factory reset,done but showing partition unable to mount error during ROM flashing, then tried to get back to stock via Ruu and relocked the bootloader via fastboot,done but RUU failed with "signature verification failed " error.I searched much on internet for the appropriate ruu that is RUU_Pyramid_LE_ICS_35_hTC_Asia_TW_3.33.709.153 but not found and now phone boots into fastboot mode when powered on, recovery not accessible, unable to flash recovery or any rom via fastboot,
tried to unlock again via "fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin", worked but stuck on last step when selecting "yes" to unlock, showing on screen photo of lock.
now only fastboot mode via pc is only option.
