in a german Forum i read that one have "dualcore enabled" but he was a long time not online,... The original Toshiba rom is a 2.2 too, so they sell a dualcore tab without dualcore?

I am using malata zpad t8 (1gb ram and 9.7"IPS) for a month. And i am really bored with this orginal rom.
Do you know any rom compatiable with my zpad?
Cause i tried vegan-tab 5.1 final and it doenst boot up ( doesnt even come to boot screen ). Just stuck in Malata logo.
If you can help, i'll be very happy.

it's said that the bootloader came with T2 and T8 are locked version so it's some hard to flash them with custom images.
Before buying a G tab I was interested in the Malata T2 and T8. I saw a chinese site with detailed info about the T8 and also rom development.
Try to google seach malata t8 custom rom.
Did you find any roms with english instructions on how to flash them?
I found a couple but had to babelfish the instructions and chickened out.

Thats a lie.
Zpad T2 is not locked, the chinese community are doing more with it than the XDA are with the GTAB

Try the ezpad site. I think the bigideas rom works on the t8. It works on the t2.
no guys i still can not find a custom rom for this pad. ez-pad site can not be translated . i dont know if bootlader is locked or not, but iwill give it a fine search to find out. thanks for your advices

I have one also.
To root instal Z4root on the tablet and u will get succes.
For the rom.... I have downloaded big ideas making a search of: update-cm-7.0.2-Harmony-T8-KANG-signed.zip
But still not tried.
Hope to join more people with this tablet to share experiences but I see there is not many people and people who have it are a litle bit spread.
Will sugest to open a Zpad T8 thread.

Make sure you use the /CN and use Google translate. The English site /en is not a mirror.

I have little trouble with Google translate.
I doubt the bl is locked.

for some reason ez-pad cannot be translated via google translate. You have to use babelfish. I have no idea why.

These are almost impossible to brick.Read up on nvflash. most of the chinese roms use nvflash to install.

I bought a Malata ZPAD T8 2 month ago in China. It's a very good product but, like you, i'm expecting a honeycomb update ! Did you find something ?

hi again,
i finally got my t8 bricked. it even doesnt start in APX mode. whatever the key combination is , lsusb always show 7100. it should be 7820 and my computer see the device as "nvidia tegra2 usb device". i am going nuts. my screen is just the empty black-ish screen like the Apx mode but it isnt. any ideas? if i can start with apx mode, i have nvflash material to restore.

The attached tested procedure may work for your tablet as well...

I don't think that is a WoPad i7+ at all. There is a WoPad i7 and a WoPad v7+. Which one is the TS asking about? Personally, I am interested in see more support for WoPad i7 but tablet technology is advancing so fast at the moment such that newer models are coming out at a very fast pace.

Hello everyone, I'm a new guys and i really need your help. Any help will be nice. I have some questions that I cant find the answer anywhere.

First is, as I looked at the CPU of those phone (which on the internet advertising), they have 2 core: MT6573 ARM11 650MHz + MT6162 ARM9 350MHz. I found that my device only have one chip MT6573, so what is the MT6212. I'm not sure that my device only run with 1 core and no other core stored inside my device, so whats is this MT6212? Or because up till now my OS only is 2.3.6 (cant find any ROM 4.0 ICS released for my phone) so it cant see the second core and only recognize the one which have faster speed????
Second is, after you guys helped me out by answer 2 questions above, can you help me to find out the latest ROM for this device. I already install a ROM, which developed by my country retailer, but it seems they stopped working to release the final version. Now my ROM is running with Android 2.3.6, can it upgrade to ICS 4.0, and is there any 4.0 ROM released for my device yet?

Now i found out myself thats my device is H5000 or H5300 (I myself didnt know whats the different).
But I'm still frustrated about the 2 core they said on the advertising. For the truth i searched throughout the internet and look at my device alone but I'm still sure that its is only 1 core. Any answer for this, plz?

Hi guys,
I've been searching the forums for days and nothing, so I would like some feedback please.
I was bought a Sanei N10 dual core I believe 10.1 ips, hdmi out, 16gb, 1gb ram. etc
It runs a little slow at times so I thought to Root it and install custom ROM.
Now. Am I right in thinking that this tablet should have an Alwinner A10 processor?
Mine is actually an armv7 processor rev 2 (v7l).
So Im wondering is my tablet a clone, and not an actual N10? Box is branded as is the tablet.
I managed to root it anyway, using the Tasselhof script.
I cant install CWM as it says a version doesnt exist for my device, and I dont know which roms I can actually use ??
Can anyone enlighten me please as im goin a bit nuts here.
