Hey! Everyone finally got my rom together. I'm looking for a few beta testers. which file has to be downloaded from that link? I am not sure if I will have time to test it right now but I definitely will be able to after work. I have no problem testing. What kernel is included with this ROM or is it one of your own?

You have to download it with SVN here is a guide on how to use SVN http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1211234 for people who don't use SVN I'll upload a download.zip today. Your testing is appreciated please post thoughts, request, or what you think it needs here whenever you get the chance to test it out.
Nice to see more and more folks using source management for their ROM Dev.
Great job on the ROM.
The advice I have given to others who have worked on Synergy and Warm is to only commit 1 feature per commit and be as verbose in your commit messages.
This makes it much easier when you need to revert things. If you add two features to 1 commit and have to revert 1 commit, it will revert both.

I like the idea of source management easier for people to keep track of what's going on and easier to track bugs also helpful when you wan to revert or move forward instead of having to upload 300+ mb zips for each commit.

Yes it is I can try and get it running for the gsm after I get this to RLS1 if I had a few testers

I'll have to fix everything for some reason the rom won't but from what me and Diaz found out it's an error with updater binary being compatible with TWRP it's something I have to fix in the mean I'll upload a flashable zip for everyone to flash

As current roms stand there are no AOSP roms out at the moment . But also bare in mind root status is still very new , if anything still in its infancy . Give it time and before you know it AOSP will be ready for flashing . I know cyanogenmod was ported to the Sensation already , so I dont think EVO3D will be to far off from that . Some Devs have had roms on standby waiting for root to hit but never had a device to test stability on (even though there were s-off devices running around in the wild) . Like I said give it more time , heck the development thread has already started up with kernal threads and rom threads . The fun is just now begining so kick back and enjoy the ride
I'm not trying to be rude but there's a fee threads on this already.
But yeah first I heard it would be ported and cyanogen wouldn't officially support it then I heard that toastch is working on it. So I can't wait either.

At this point it really doesn't matter to me who gets things working but it would be nice if people could cooperate and not get into mud slinging and that sort of thing.

I have full intentions to share. Unfortunately, AOKP is not my baby. AOKP is @romanbb's project. I've discussed a release with him and he has told me not to as of yet and I understand why. The source is there, feel free to get it and compile it.

I have absolutely no idea what aokp is, but it's nice that you guys actually provided us with source so that we can do it ourselves if we want to. God willing I don't ever want to boot in to a Linux system so I might have a look around for a windows way of doing it.

Do you know where the source is located? I checked TeamKang's github, but it hasn't been updated in a day and seems to lack a tenderloin package. I'd love to have a look at what you guys have done, but my quick 5 minute search led me to your twitter (I vote yes on nightlies, btw) and TeamKang. Thanks for everything, man!

I for one am glad to see that progress is being made. If it take's the Devs time to co-ordinate a release, that's all good. Consider that the TouchPad has ICS, and in a state that is serviceable for many apps. When the HW accel is available, it will just make it sweeter.
Not bad for a $149/$99 tablet, IMHO.
If there are any Dev's that can take over for the others that left us hanging, that would be great. The Rezound is a great phone and is only a year old, please help the others that have no idea how to do what you do. The sense 4.0 rom's are awesome and darn near perfect. It has been over a month sense we have had an update to either "Venasaur v.3.2.0" or "RezROM S4 v2.5". Now they say that life has gotten in the way, however they have promised many of us an update to fix the "Bugs", and we are still waiting. Now Newt has produced an update of " Newts OnE XxX RLS 3 (Sense 4 ICS 4.0.3) 6/14/2012" and it has all the fix's of what JoelZ9614 said he would update to, for the most part. If you want a solid sense 4.0 rom, than "Newts OnE XxX RLS 3 (Sense 4 ICS 4.0.3) 6/14/2012" is the way to go, other wise stop complaining about when an update will be coming here.

I know that feel Bro. It's pretty frustrating but the best thing to do next time is when someone says something like "If you guys buy me a phone I'll develop for it", move the mouse away from the donate button. That way there is no expectations and no possibility of disappointment.
If you run a ROM that makes your phone more fun for you, donate a few bucks for what was done already versus what will be done in the future.

Con is correct it is just a themed version of NeWts ROM..

To expanded on that I was asked by some nice members to add my blue theme to NeWts XxX RLS 3.2.1 ROM, so I did. I didn't do it for my own profit as a matter of fact I don't even use it. I did it because I was asked to. I never asked for donations or said I would do it if I was paid. I did it for FREE because I was asked too. Seems like some people just don't appreciate that anymore.

MIUI looks nothing like iOS and hasn't since Froyo MIUI.

Not gonna happen until the devs put their foot down... Maybe they don't mind but I find posts that say "good work figured I would stop by" "thanks for all your hard work", really annoying in a dev thread...

I agree. I can't even use the ROM yet. I switch PRLs twice a day, and had no data at home. I'll still follow it though

True. I like some features that are available in other ROMs, so I usually use those. I'm not a big "flashaholic" like some, but I test some. I'm not remotely upset. Just sharing.
I'm loving this ROM so far but I have an issue when the phone rings. No matter what ringtone I set, it gives me the old rotary phone ring and doesnt stop even when I answer the call. So i'm talking to whoever and its still blasting that ring in my ear X(. any one get this or know how to fix it?
Im running the current 4.2.2 Port.

yes i did. it seems to random because I cant replicate it when i call myself. but for now it seems fixed?

Ok, I have been on the first port since it came out and it is the bomb. I finally had some time to load this and it is sweet. Most likely will go back to v145 since I use my camera, but look forward to when the camera does work. t/u
Gotta say I'm looking forward to checking this out. Sounds like its pretty bad ass but like like the guy above me said I need my camera sometimes in work .
