Never used Zeam but most launchers have a "Backup/Restore Settings" or something to do this.
I use Launcher Pro and I always use this feature.

i currently have Absolution 3.7 on my htc inspire. its got ADW Launcher. how do i uninstall it and make Launcher Pro my default launcher?
If it's included in the rom, then you can use Titanium Backup to uninstall/freeze it.
When that's uninstalled, Launcher Pro should be made default automatically, if it's the only launcher installed.
Alternatively, just find Titanium Backup in the manage apps list, and press the "clear defaults" button - the next time you press your Home key, Android will ask you which launcher to use, and you can set Launcher Pro as the default.
Is there a way to resize widgets on touchwiz without having to use an after market launcher?
Is there a way to tag default applications depending on the launcher?
For example, if I'm on the GO launcher, I want to use the Dialer One app
and if I'm on the Nova launcher, I want to use exDialer instead
