The RUU .exe files which contain the .zip renamed as PG86IMG.zip are mirrored on XDA also on goo-inside.me. http://www.goo-inside.me/shooteru/ .
Sticky post on the GSM EVO 3D Development board: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1208485
Hopefully your RUU version is located in one of the links I provided. If not, you should be able to find on the forum thru searching! Good luck!
I am still running my stock ROM shipped do I need the ruu still

Cheers for that will try it any chance of bricking

There is a chance of bricking your phone with anything you do
Risk vs reward.....
The chances of you bricking your phone are slim to none if you read everything that's available, and always do back ups, back up everything twice,
I didn't pull up that link but revolutionary worked great for me.

Hi, in having problems with downgrading my hboot. I'm on 1.400.18 and I need .07 for S-off? Anyway I've downloaded the new hboot done all the steps and put the pg18img.zip on the root of my sdcard but when I boot into bootloader it comes up no IMG found
Sent from my HTC EVO 3D X515m using XDA
Would you like me to talk you through a better way to do this
Sent from my HTC EVO 3D X515m using XDA Premium App
Are you already s off
Sent from my HTC EVO 3D X515m using XDA Premium App
I'm s-on I'm downgrading to get s-off
Sent from my HTC EVO 3D X515m using XDA
You have the zip your trying to flash from hboot named incorrect. It should be PG86IMG.zip not pg18img.zip
Try renaming the zip and the flashing it to see if it will help.

The easiest way to do it is to download the correct ruu from the stickies in the dev section plug your phone in and run the ruu this will reinstall your stock Rom but will take you to .007 once you have done that come back will tell u best s off way so you can go back to stock without breaking ur warranty
Sent from my HTC EVO 3D X515m using XDA Premium App
everything worked fine till the last step.. flashing the PC86IMG.zip it writes this:
SD checking...
Loading...[PG86DIAG.zip]
No image!
Loading...[PG86DIAG.nbh]
No image or wrong image!
Loading...[PG86IMG.zip]
wrong zipped image!
and then a couple of "No image!" quickly..
and nothing happens... It's still hboot 1.49.0018 from my HTC EVO 3D X515m using XDA
Do it the way I said its much easier

If u do the ruu method you don't need files on your sd card its the official way of doing it

Hello!I have some little specs of dust underneath my EVO 3D screen.Up between the home and menu key.Does anyone have the same issue? If I have rooted my device and S-off... will they accept my warranty(HTC WARRANTY NOT SPRINT).I know that it states that my warranty is void if I root my phone but dust under screen it is clearly not software related. Will they replace my screen?

I got my EVO 3D S-OFF recently with jumperbear method and now I want to try replacing radio from "11.77.3504.00U" to "11.77.3504.00P" that just so many roms recommend. I followed the tutorial (rename radio to PG86IMG.zip and put into SD card root) and hboot said update success without any error message, however, the baseband in the "About Phone" still remain "11.77.3504.00U". How can I fix this? or actually they are just same? Thanks everyone ahead and sorry for my English grammar.

Go on bootloader and check the radio version from there. In about phone isn't always the actual radio version because it is showing from build.prop.

Thanks for your advice. I checked the radio version in the bootloader, but it just did not show the complete name of radio(like "11.77.3504.00P-11.25.3504.06_M" ). It only displayed short name like "radio-11.25.3504.06_M" that two radio just have same suffix name.
