Has anyone tried another hands-free, from another phone, with your S2?
I am asking because the hands-free I've used with my SGS does not work with my S2. Luckily, i had a pair of Creative EP 630i which work perfectly, so the jack is not the problem.

Hi , Can you please help. I have a parrot 3000 car kit and my xda2 works perfect except for the volume. I also have a jabra bt200 works perfect also. But the Problem is that I can only set up one bluetooth Device on the xda2. The problem is I can only use one of these devices as bonded. If I have the headset bonded it works fine. But if I have the car kit bonded also it wont work with either even if the headset is off. I know you cant use two devices at the same time, But it only appears to work with one or the other. I have the headset set up for headset on the xda 2. But if I try to bond with the car kit it asks to set it as a headset also. If I am in the car I need the car kit to operate with the phone, When I get out of the car and switch on the headset I need it to work while I am walking around. I would be most grateful if anyone can help. I hope ihave explained it properly. Thanks
Same pronblem with different peripherals
HI all,
I have the same problem with differents peripherals, I have a Parrot CK 3000 (I'm very happy with this) and a Fortuna GPS and i would like to know if there is a way in order to configure my XDAII in order to be connected to the Parrot and to use the GPS.
Thanks
I have just downloaded this piece of software that allows you to have up to 9 devices working at the same time..... give it a try...

Hi all,
I've problems connecting the Moray+ with the X10.
The audio only works with the adapter and the mic can't be used for phone calls.
The earphones work perfect with my MP3 player.
Anyone having similar problem?
Yes, I bought the Moray+ specifically for my X10. I still can't figure out exactly why, the polarities must be different on the trrs connector.
I recently purchased the official Samsung Active Holder for my SGS2. Nicely routed the charging cable, then bought a kit to hook up the aux-out of the SGS2-charger to my radio. NICE! Music from my SGS2 through my radio while in the charger! Navigation-instructions as well!
Problem: Voicecalls still play through the phone-speaker :-( (can't hear a damn thing of what the other is saying when going 150 eehrmz 100 Km/h)
Searched somehwat, and several people reported this for several phones, however it seems the problems/solutions are phone-specific as well.
Does anyone know how to get the phonecalls routed through the AUX-out of the charger as well, just like all other audio of the phone?
Does your car have Bluetooth? If so then pair your phone, use bt for voice calls and aux for the rest.
Not sure if Bluetooth affects what happens through aux though...

Unfortunately: No. Used a special box to emulate a cd-charger on my old Renault Tunerlist radio, to get a double tulip in... Bluetooth was just one leap too far ;-)
Ah, I guess I'm just too spoiled with my car's A2DP streaming audio
Maybe you can get one of these?

Or something like that. Pair your phone, slap it on your visor and use that for calls.
That one's just an example, there's a huge selection of these bluetooth car speakers.
SGS II not pairing with my Dell BH200 Bluetooth headset....does anyone know what's wrong? Can anyone help?
Can anyone tell me what exactly is the problem with SGS II's Bluetooth in simple terms? Don't the Samsung guys know that the users of SGS II might be connecting with Bluetooth headsets other than Samsung, and the device should be ready for that? My Dell BH200 is a relatively new BT Headset which I bought only ONE Year back.....why is it not being discovered by my phone's Bluetooth?
Ok, never mind folks! It's working now It turns out that I had to press two buttons together on my Dell BH200 headset in order to pair it with my SGS II, merely turning the Headset on won't pair it. And to top it, I also checked the quality/volume of Voice Calls via bluetooth and they were PERFECTLY LOUD AND CLEAR. In fact, I had to turn down the volume as it was too loud. So those who are complaining about low volume of voice calls via Bluetooth need to check their own settings. There is nothing wrong with the phone. It's just perfect Touchwood!
PS: Maybe it's the KE8 version which is the best version of SGS II available so far.
I use the same headset, it's EXELENT for this phone
The low volume on calls I have aswell, the issue is as I can figure out, the placement of the mic on the headset, as it has a fair distance to the mouth..
same issue on all phones tested the BT headset on, but still, by far the best I'we had.
I agree, Fritz. This is by far the best phone in the market as of right now. I am absolutely delighted with it's performance so far. Whatever issues have been there, have been only in understanding this device and getting used to it. Once you figure everything out, it works perfectly.
Hi
At the moment im in the planning stages of doing a Nexus 7 headunit for my car.
What I have planned at the moment is for the nexus 7 and the S3 to be running tablet talk.
This allows the called id to be displayed on the nexus whilst the phone still does the calls.
What i wanted to do was have my S3 and nexus 7 plugged in via splitter to the aux to my radio
This will allow the S3 call to be played on the car speakers aswell as the audio from the Nexus 7.
When i receive a call the nexus 7 audio mutes and the S3 can continue to route audio to the car
Is there such an adapter that will allow the audio to pass through and allow me to plug in a small microphone?
Like how the normal headphones work with built in mic.
I would like the same sort of thing, where as the phone call is routed through the headset jack and to the car speakers, and if i add a microphone as well so that i can have the phone in the arm rest hidden and use a better microphone near the windscreen just like a normal bluetooth handsfree kit does.
If anyone can help i would really appreciate it, As this will solve alot of problems for me
Edit:
Seen some

Will any splitter adapter work?
As iirc the microphone pin is different on the S3 compared to iphones etc.
