Actually that's imposible. The samsung task manager is intended to work ONLY in samsung stock (or custom) ROMS. In other words, is designed to work only with samsung framework, no with AOSP framework (the one in CM7). In order to work, the samsung task manager must be modified to work with any framework (just like the Xperia Arc launcher).
Why not try to use Multitasking Pro (or it's free version). It works just like samsung's one, and is a bit more functional (and in CM7, you can replace the default android taskmanager with any aplication you want, including this one)

I found a way to do it but it took me a while fiddling withthe frameworks but it force closes lots

It's a proprietary app. You also need to copy resources from Original FW for it to work on CM7.

Samsung apps won't work on non-Samsung phones because they require the touchwiz framework. Stock apps are better anyway

I cant help you with the stock, but I would advise you to usd quickpick for gallery and script manager (I think this is the name) for task manager, they're both free.
Enjoy it.

Hi. Why do you want stock gallery and file manager.
In my opinion Quick pic is the most beautifull and usefull photo viewer app.
And file manager is File expert or X-Plore.
If you used SymbianOS you remember X-Plore which is the best file manager on symbianOS.
So I use:
-Quick Pic (as Gallery)
-File expert (as File manager)
-X-plore (as File manager: X-Plore also gives all root authorization)
thx for the quik tipps, so there is no way to get the stock ones ?
( sahin :-D bize her yer trabzon )
Quickpic is better and faster than the stock one...
Root explorer is better than stock files manager
[This is noob typo]
This is not the place to ask APPS.. it should hav been in Apps and themes...
Anyway files attached... I dont know abt this filemanager may not work on CM. Just check out..
Install Root explorer or any other similar app... Copy these apps and paste in system/app then change the permission to rw-r-r.. Then reboot... I ll and must work..

I recommend that apps but if you claim stock apps i can help you for what cm7 stock app you want. Also you get all the cm7 apps by downloading and extracting another cm7.2 rom.zip file
But be carefull some stock apps have been deleted by developers for decreasing zip file size.
The develpers writes in the post, what apps have been deleted.
Be carefull while reading the post...
Success
Have a good day
Same thing happened to me. Searching music player gave me a lot of headache.

[Request] MIUI SMS APK

Hello,
Could anyone here pull from me the MIUI SMS application from MIUI ROM in order to install it on ICS?? i really like so much the app!
I tried to use GO SMS with a theme but it isn't the same thing like in MIUI
Help! and thnx so much
I am 99% positive it won't work, but if you feel like trying just download a MIUIv4 rom (doesn't matter for which phone) and use a file manager to extract it. Its located in system/app

[Q] Can I flash any custom APKs as root ?

Hi Guys,
I have Superuser app installed and working.
I am wondering if it is possible to pick a Lockscreen app apk from a Custom Rom and replace it in my phone (Copy+Paste).
Will it work as easily like eating a butter ?

It can work, but I think it wouldn't because of different frameworks. Just use a custom rom for your device that offers the style you like or simply try go locker or similar apps from playstore

Thanks for your time to reply.
Just curious, What do you mean by different frameworks ? Do you mean different versions like ICS, JB versions ?

No, the framework is for the "look" of your phone and some basic things. For example there's the sony framework and the stock android framework and that's for example the reason why you can't use some stock sony system apps (or the home.apk) on cyanogenmod
System apps cannot be installed by regular method, because they do not include any signatures (apk files are not signed), thereby Android refuses to install due to security reasons.

Any developer can give me Samsung Stock Music Player, pls???

I have Galaxy S2 GT-I9100 & I installed latest Jelly Bean 4.1.2 and its very fast and usable but I don't like the Music Player quality cause its not given good quality music player like Gingerbread so now I installed ICS latest version and its Music Player same like Gingerbread but any one can tell me that is it possible Gingerbread/ICS Official Music Player can installed on Jelly Bean? If is it possible then pls give me some advice...
Thanks....
If you're running ICS 4.0.4, go back to gb or move forward to jb asap.
If you want to know why, search on xda for emmc brickbug.....
In the meantime, don't do ANY data wiping of any sort......

eMMC Chip report :-
Typ : VIS00M
Brick Bug? No. Sane Chip.
This report is good or bad?
Well that would appear to be better news than for my chip (unknown) but I would still be cautious/careful about wiping data.....the last thing you want is an unrecoverable brick turning your phone into an expensive paperweight. ......

Afaik.....installing apps from an older OS onto a newer OS will cause system instability....which could manifest itself as anything from app force closes up to and including forced system shutdown and bootloops.....
Probably best to look for a 3rd party app that meets your requirements. ...

I can understand the the risk and I take the risk. If any possile then pls give me the guide how can I install Samsung Galaxy S2 Gingerbread Root Music Player in Jelly Bean? If is it possible then pls guide me.
Thank you.
As far is I know, the method would be to download the entire gb firmware, extract the app, copy and paste app into 'system>> apps', fix permissions and reboot.....
I would REALLY advise against it though.......
There is a VERY HIGH liklihood of system instability afterwards which won't disappear until the app is uninstalled........
Aaaaand.....if your current OS is a stock firmware, you'll also need a matching 'odex' file.......and I'm not sure how that file is created.........

Greetings my friend long time now buddy, when copying a framework dependant apk there will also be possible associated lib files most of the time which will be needed, and no need to worry about .odex file generation, if it is not generated by the installer then the it would be generated by the dalvik virtual machine at boot(remember android is upgrading thingy which happens whenever you copy an apk into system partition) or you can use the system cleaner app to manually generate odex files.
P. S The above post should give you an idea about why we wipe dalvik cache and why android is upgrading notification comes after wiping it.

Lol, nobody said that it won't work, and most of us call these modded apks ports because of that, because it's made compatible for a different OS version or framework or even device's, we were just considering the fact whether the original Samsung signed apk would work directly. Because sometimes no modification is necessary to make an old app work.

Try using the Viper4Android mod it has a lot of functions and basically any music lover would be drooling over the several audio customization options available. It's so advanced that it's capable of using IR files for enhanced music experience. This is a really great work around unless you're adamant on the music player.

Free app so this should be ok. Install and select bottom driver on both then reboot phone.
Damn...that's really made a difference.....totally impressed there fella......thanks for the share.....
Bass is more vibrant without the clipping....even at max volume.
Way more control over mid range
And the treble is really crisp.....even on the crappy stock headphones. ...
