I found the gradient color background of Google Music is not as smooth as on other phones. And screenshot reveals it's not a hardware problem but software issue, does anyone have any idea of problem?

This is known issue of sgs2.. Color banding.. see angry birds rio menu sky background or nenamark2 sky.
This is one of the reasons I hate sgs2.

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but here it is anyway.
It's a new android music player (Download here: http://www.droid-life.com/2011/04/05/download-new-android-music-play-3-0-336/ )
I think it's kind of cool, pretty smooth and good UI. The background color and look changes according with the album's colors. Supposedly streams music as well .

I love this music player its alot faster than the older version but it still freezes here and there.

update: unsinstall chain3D, same thing....no font
update: the version i get from market is the latest update, so i try my luck to get older ver from "somewhere" else.
then all the font shows up, so it seems to be the app prob..
I'm having a strange graphical issue with the wallpapers/pictures i choose for the lockscreen as you can see in the pictures below.
Same issue on 2 devices....anybody else with the same issue or solution??

Yep, had that too in HyperGalaxy with ICS Theme Mode, means "almost Stock" 4.0.4 and with GoogleEarth 7.0.
BTW the 3D landscape looks bad, especially the trees at Google HQ.
Hmmm! Thanks guys, maybe the next version will take a look at the problem. Could it be the graphic driver? Why only in Google earth? Anybody has seen it in another program?

It might be possible to have the green line on the grey background going horizontally across the screen. Not too sure about the vertical aspect or the number appearing

Hmm, all things are possible with android, it just depends on how deep you want to go, lol! A project like that would be ALOT of work, and probably not worth the headache. But, I can't even decompile apks with my PC for some reason, so I am not the best expert on how this would be done. I would be willing to say every thing you need to edit is in the framework-res.apk, though.
