Okay, I need info how i could make an Android app. (.apk) i have an idea but i don't know how to accomplish it. If anyone could give me links to some tutorials or what so ever then i would appreciate it.

Try flashing the ROM twice and the gapps twice. Boot up and see if it's there. Are you doing a fresh install?

A lot of people seem to posting irrelevant threads in the dev section recently...
Please remember that original threads in the development section are only for exactly that.. any original development. Please post questions in either Q&A or the existing thread of the relevant rom.

I've had the same issue. I'm building a skinny ROM and my cam disappeared. Not sure why it happened but to fix it I downloaded another ROM (aokp I think) and snatched the gallery apk out of it. Replaced the one I had with that one a voila! Cam is back.

Have you tried flashing the old camera.zip under fixes on the jokersax.com page for cm10? It might work, but I'd backup first just in case.
In cwm go into advanced and make sure you fix the permissions. That's what got the thing bugged for a lot of people

Many soft mods look like that. Go to the dev section and find it. Being on your phone is no excuse. FYI I typing this from my phone browser

^Lol. If you got cm9/cm10 go search Google/Gplay for touchwiz theme if you don't mind changing ROMs go to dev section...

Well if your searching then you would know that one such ROM is based on cm10(jb) while some are stock ROM based... if you can't tell which is more stable then I would suggest switching to a Nokia

Just visit the android chef forum and start reading.
Several good threads around here too, or buried in posts, so the search engine is ultimately your best friend.

I thought I'd jump in here too.
Google is a great tool.
Search for porting and building a Rom.
Also you should read the guidelines for posting in the forums.
There are many rules you need to comply with.
Also remember not all work is open source. So you need permission if you use other people's stuff like apps and modified libs and files.

Bcoz I don't want to use windows.
And ya if I use ubuntu than is it necessary to install java ,

You can use windows but ubuntu is much better for the kitchen. And windows needs cygwin for the kitchen to work.
