Batterysnap might work for you. Has a widget that monitors temp and percentage, and keeps a running graph of battery level (% or v I believe) vs. time.
Elixir2 might also do it...definitely monitors those items, and has widget capabilitiy, but I don't specifically know if you can set up a widget to monitor them live...
I don't know of one exactly that is meant for it, but you can setup SetCPU to warn you and then underclock.
What's the best battery monitor app I can use to check which apps is using the battery?
I'm using BetterBatteryStats but it only shows wakelocks
GSam Battery Monitor

It does what you were asking. It lets you show which app is consuming how much battery.
There are many other apps out there. You can try them all and find best app for you.

I have read that the battery calibration doesn't work and also I have tried it with no effect.....
So what's your opinion on that??????
Request to mods if not suitable topic to be discussed plz close the thread..... Thanks
My understanding is, that battery calibrators delete battery stats files. This will happen anyway when you charge your phone. So there is no need to calibrate the battery, it does automatocally once you fully charge your phone.

Sony said" You can charge your phone when you want. You don't must wait until you see 15% and less" There's no.need to do battery calibration. Not with our battery because it's a new type. In older battery you must do it but not now.

After battey calibration.my battery % stucked at 0%!!!
in my case.i try to use this app.after i rooted.because my phone's battery % is not increasing no matter what way i chrge.btw.the apps says the it would delete battery stats.bin.right?but when i used it.(no rebooting or chrging.i try to go data/system by root explorer.)there was a battery stats.bin again.i think this is the reason why my sola is stucked at 0%.
what's the effectvly way just to delete that?or it is advisble to wipe through cwm??
i thnk this is need just.ur battery's life is accurate on what % of your battery is shown at ur phone.

You should learn something about Android before posting stupid posts... You can delete your battery stats and this won't be better battery life... NEVER.

If you have battery problems, charge to 100%, drain it untill it shuts the phone down and then charge it to 100% turned off if possible. I do this whenever I change ROM.
it's not healthy to do this often! Once a month is okay.
clearing battery stats won't do much help
I have been having issues with my battery for a long time...at first I thought a virus might be draining all the battery...but when I scanned my files with a AV nothing was found...A few days later I noticed that my screen would blink with the LED and illumination bar every time a notification would display due to an app...so I simply uninstalled the app and voila back to normal.

For me is really goot app Watchdog Task Manger Lite. This app helped me find what drain my battery. When some app/process drain your battery, Watchdog notice you in notification bar. And in addition is for free :good:
Sorry for my ENG
Better battery stats is reporting an hour of kernel wakelocks for something literally called event0-763... wtf is it?

Weird. I used gsam since it just tells me what app is using it, so I have no idea why you have so many "events" that are holding your phone awake.
Side question, how did you get the status bar to match the color of the action bar?
