where can i find it in an rom rar file
As far as i know the stus bar/power control is embedded in the system ui(no knowledge!) . But on installing a rom and running titanium backup we can see a system app named "status bar". This might be used.

Hello!
I just have a question:
how i can see in stock SE camera application I have ¨continuous focus¨, focus looking for scenes and all time try to focus on near or far object, even during viderecording, it is very good and nice. but in MIUI or AOSP based ROMs i don´t have it
are there any not stock based ROMs which has SEMC camera, or other camera application which can do it????
have a nice day!
Miui and cm lack in camera's features.

Hello to all,
I have some problems with the ThGo2 v12 ROM and email.
First, I have no notification pop-up when a email arrived.
Second, I have some several Force close with the email APK.
Do you have some ideas to solve these problems ?
Regards
Haven't tried the rom but since it's based on stock I think you can solve it by replacing the email app of the rom with the one from the stock 2.3
Goto settings, applications, manage applications and clear data for email.apk

there is no effect when I cleared datas.
Try removing email.apk via tb. Reboot and place email.apk from the zip or stock rom to system/app and set the required permissions and reboot

It is something I have already done
It seems i am not the only one guy who have this problem (see ROm thread in DEV section).
Format system. Reflash rom. Then test the email.apk before any data restore.

Yeah ... now everything works fine !
Before formatting everything, I have prefered to try another time ....
I desinstalled Email apk with Flashtools, installed stock APK and fixed permissions !

Install xrecovery via flashtool. There is already a thread by zdzihu. Also another by crowds! http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=928343

i already have xrecovery. i want to know how install things using xrecovry because i dont know how to do that
thanks
switch off ur phone and then switch it back on..
when sony ericsson logo in white comes, press 'back' button continuously and then xrecovery will start..
then navigate thru volume buttons and find ur zip file and install fps, etc..

1stly make sure you don't have a faulty xrecovery. It should be working.
Now switch off the device. Switch on it again and start hitting back button when the "sonyericsson" logo comes up.
If you have any flashable zip downloaded, you can go to "install custom zip" via xrecovery using volume buttons, now select the destination and install it .
But always take a backup through it before any flashing.

Easiest way:
1) Put it in root of ur sd-card
2) Boot into xRecovery
3) Choose custom zip - custom zip from sd-card & find the zip
ok thank you very much. so all i have to do is plug my phone in and just put the zip in the root folder and then xrecovery and install?

U actually don't need to put it in root folder Put it in any folder u want & find & flash in xRecovery..
Download the files and follow from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=859571
And see post #1684 & #1685. I have uploaded 2zips from the original "xrecovery 0.3.zip" which you need to download, extract and paste in required folders as mentioned.
