Does anyone know if there's a way to see what files in the file system get accessed by each app?

I have Galaxy 3 with Kyrrilos 8.1 and in root of my sdcard is hidden file .config_c38
Does anybody knows what this file is and from which application? Does anyone have this file too?
I tried to delete it but it always immediately appears again.
It's a text file obviously with some configuration setting. Inside is a text of about 100 characters without spaces and starts with zdyFt8GYHJH....etc
Interests me too.
I had that file on SD at the time I was testing various apps for my phone, so the file was from one of that apps. But now I don't have that file anymore, so it has to be from some of the app I don't use anymore. I never found out which one.
More than that I can't help you.
I only want to know where are the market app download.
Where are the apk files that i download from market?? Cause i want to keep some files, to obtain them easily without internet connection...
I believe the .apk files are saved to the hidden directories, aka the phones root.
The folder location "/data/app", you will however need root acces and a root explorer to access and/or edit files in this folder.
GL and use this information with caution
Hello,
is there a possibility to share a directory on android for other clients?
i want to access a directory on a avd from the host, but a frequently pull of the files via adb is too slow for my purposes.
any ideas? anyone?
The only way that I know is share a directory using Dropbox, but you'll need upload the files from your AVD to that directory manually.
Hi there!
Have searched all over and found zilch about NON PROGRAMATICALLY adding file types to Android that actually works.
Does anybody know about an app that can do it?
The most logical to me was that File Expert or ES version could do it, but couldn't find it. And some links said that Astros could do it, but haven't found the feature in their latest version at least.
I just want to be able to click on the file and have it open the app without having to open the app first.
For example if I have an attached file in another apps storage space (outside normal file space) I can't open the main app first. And I don't want to have to download/import the file. Takes too long.
Thanks!
BTW-The app in question is SimpleMind, which unfortunately haven't had the good grace to register their file type for their own creation..
Hi, recently I've dual-booted my computer with Android & Windows 10. But the android rom has shown too much ads so I've deleted the files causing to show the ads from the "system.img" and also "ramdisk.img" (downloaded from internet) and replaced the files with the original ones. Now the ads are not showing but I had built-in root access with SupperSU which I've lost after replacing "ramdisk.img". So I've extracted the original and the downloaded "ramdisk.img" and found an "init" file which doesn't have any file extensions and the "init" file is differing in size between the original & downloaded "ramdisk.img". So I think this file may be the cause to revoke root access. So need to change the file.
Does anyone knows which type of file is the "init" file and how can I edit it?
