Flash a jkay theme meant for xwkj1. If you want stock, flash a stock theme for kj1. Install deluxe settings app. You can uncheck "non-silent vibrate icon" in the deluxe settings and icon will be gone when phone is not-on-silent mode.
note: If you're using a custom rom based on kj1, flash theme for deodexed kj1. Else, search for odexed kj1 theme/ask in jkay thread for links.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1154278
If you have root, you can update to a custom ROM or latest official firmware (and rooted), just insJKay theme (even stock theme) and then his deluxe settings v13.2 app. that match the supported firmware. KK5 is the latest supported for Dr-odex & odexed ROMs.
Once this is done; uncheck "non-silent vibration icon" on the app settings.

There is no link for KJ1 odexed in OP. That's all i meant.
If he's using stock KJ1, he may have to download a theme for odexed KJ3 and edit the script to install on kj1.

Download a KJ3 theme from inside the "odexed" folder from this link
http://www.mediafire.com/?6vidkk581hogu
Open the theme in winrar (don't unzip). Navigate to META-INF\com\google\android and open "updater-script" in wordpad/notepad or something.
in the second line where it says
assert(getprop("ro.build.PDA") == "I9100XXKJ3");
Change the line to make it look like
assert(getprop("ro.build.PDA") == "I9100XXKJ1");
Save the file, when winrar ask for conformation, allow.
Flash the theme from cwm. Install deluxe settings 13.1 from jkay thread.

FULL wipe and upgrade firmware to JKay supported version such as custom or official KK5 ROMs.
You will not have a problem then.... Just read the relevant forums, Dev instructions, faq, etc and follow their guidelines exactly.
Find Custom ROMs here at XDA Original or Android development, official from Intratech's Firmware thread. Search button and Google are your friend. You can find specific help in each of those threads & forums, but make sure you search for answers first. Asking for help will then be much better received.

How to install an apk.
1) Download APK straight to your phone.
2) Use any file explorer (My Files, Root Explorer, etc) and find the downloaded apk.
3) Click on the apk and when prompted, install using the installer.
4) You are done.
*These are stock APK files, there is always the risk of these not working on custom ROM's but you shoulnd't have any issues. If you are replacing an already installed APK you may need to delete the current one and then wipe your dalvik cache in CWM.

Here are a few widgets from a TW4.5 ROM. Not exactly sure what widget is for the Agenda app but try some of these. I obviously can't guarantee these will work but they are for TW4.5.
Also, try using the TW4.5 Manager App before anything else. If you don't have it I included it as well. You can open the manager, click on widgets, and install the widgets you want.
Good idea sir. I'm going to request that it becomes a sticky.

I have the APK in the first list (TW4Launcher.apk). Some widgets will not work with the new TW4.5 but most of them should be in the TW4.5 Full APK download.
Install the TW4Manager.apk as well. It will install most of the widgets for you. I have included both APK's in this post.
Also, yes this is from the international version. If you search their thread you can find the thread dedicated to TW4.5 as well. The dev is Frogger.

[MOD][STOCK][GB ONLY]14 toggle QP, CRT, & TouchWiz w/landscape! updated 3/22/12[CWM]
I'm intending these mods for those of us that like that stock feel to their phones, but want a little something extra.
GINGERBREAD ONLY.
These mods were all done and tested using an
AT&T Galaxy Note SGH-i717 with the stock rom intact,
still odexed except for when mentioned below.
Modded TouchWiz
I've modded the Galaxy Note's TouchWiz to have 6 columns and 7 rows. I've also removed the icon text on the main pages and the launcher.
The app drawer has 6 columns and 6 rows.
TouchWiz30Launcher.apk has been deodexed so the flashable zip will delete TouchWiz30Launcher.odex and replace with a back up.
DAGr8 helped out with getting landscape mode working, so this has been updated with landscape mode now.
To add a sixth app to the dock, go into the app drawer, hit menu, select edit, and drag whatever app you want to add to the dock.
Wipe your dalvik-cache before flashing.
Remember, the revert file is for STOCK ODEXED AT&T. If you're already deodexed, this will not revert your TW launcher, just cause you problems.
If you want to go back to stock, use the revert zip, but remember to first move your icons into a 5x5 area starting in the top left of your screen, otherwise you'll lose them when you go back to the stock TouchWiz. Remove one of the apps from the dock, too, or you'll lose your app draw icon off the screen.
Screenshots below.
CWM flashable zips attached to second post.
14 toggle quickpanel
This is lidroid's 14 toggle quickpanel mod brought to the Galaxy Note using the stock systemui.apk.
This will work on the AT&T SGH-i717 stock, odexed ROM. This is what I have, so this is what it's been tested for. I cannot promise that it will work on any other SGH-i717 variant. If someone tests it out and it works for the other versions, let me know and I'll add it to the post title.
CWM flashable zip for flashing the mod will copy three files to system/app and one file to system/framework.
System/app gets the modded, deodexed SystemUI.apk, a renamed systemui.odex.bak for safekeeping, and the QuickPanelsSettings.apk to customize the toggles. The systemui.odex is removed in favor of the back up.
System/framework gets the lidroid-res.apk.
I've also included a CWM flashable revert to stock. This will delete QuickPanelSettings.apk, lidroid-res.apk, copy the stock systemui.apk, and restore the systemui.odex.
3/10/12: As requested, ICS blue quickpanel added to the second post. Screenshot below.
CWM flashable zips attached to second post.
Known Issue:
lidroid's QuickPanelSettings app isn't scaled for the GNote's awesome screen, so it doesn't fill it. It's completely functional. I'll try fixing this in the future.
Credits:
lidroid for the original mod tutorial
sileshnair for helping me out with the GNote mod
CRT Animation for screen off
AT&T only! Get Telus/Bell here
I've modded the stock framework-res.apk to bring the CRT animation for screen off to the stock ROM.
If you flash the CRT Animation zip, you will lose any UOT kitchen theme or other framework theme you may have already flashed. It is not my fault if you didn't read this before you flash it. There is a revert zip also, but this will take it back to stock, not to any previous themeing you may have done.
CWM flashable zips attached to second post.
Added Blownco's blue battery mod customized with the CRT animation to the second post. All credit goes to Blownco for the blue battery mod.
***Disclaimer: as with any mod, you're flashing at your own risk. I'm not responsible for anything that goes wrong with your phone.*** Make a back up before flashing.
GINGERBREAD ONLY.
14Toggle_Mod_for_GNote.zip - flash this for the mod
14Toggle_Mod_for_GNote_ICS.zip - flash this to get your ICS fix
14Toggle_Mod_for_GNote_revert.zip - flash this to revert back to stock
--
***AT&T only*** Get avwuff's Telus/Bell mod here!
CRT animation for GNote.zip - flash for the CRT animation at screen off
CRT animation for GNote_revert.zip - flash to return to stock
N0te-blue-batt_with_crt.zip - this is Blownco's blue battery mod with the CRT animation added
Note: Based on some reports of issues when flashing the ICS blue and CRT animations back to back without rebooting, I would recommend rebooting between mod flashes. To fix, revert to stock and then reflash with reboots in between each mod.
--
Touchwiz_Mod_for_GNote_6x7_landscape.zip - flash this for TouchWiz with 6 columns, 7 rows, no icon text on homescreens. Have a second launcher installed. Thanks to DAGr8 for his help with this.
Touchwiz_Mod_for_GNote_revert.zip - flash this to revert to stock, odexed TouchWiz. Revert for stock, odexed AT&T only!
Flash this mod at your own risk. I would recommend having a second launcher installed so your phone can finish booting if this doesn't work on your phone. And make sure you download the revert file.
Wipe your dalvik-cache before flashing this mod!
--
It's recommended that you download both the mod and revert zips so that you have them available to flash in CWM if you need them.
Always do a back up first!
GINGERBREAD ONLY.
Looks great! This should allow me to clean up my screen even more, thanks for sharing!

Maybe this is a stupid question but will this work for the rom that came on the phone. I noticed you said odexed and I'm not sure if the stock rom out of the box is odexed or not.

I'm not much of a themer, but if someone wants to pick it up and try, I would have no problem adding it to the OP. It might be difficult because lidroid compiled his lidroid-res.apk in an unconventional manner, which is making it difficult for other people to successfully decompile and recompile.

Jelly Bean 4.1.2 based MIUI
When I ported the first version of MIUI, Jelly Bean based, named _miui.polimorph_ I was guided by 3 key words:
1. stable;
2. practical;
3. sharing.
Because I belive the feedback is a very good fuel for progress this thread is dedicated for you. And since the awsome XDA forums provide us this thread as "meeting point" please feel free to ask or share here all your questions, opinions, and ideas about _miui.polimorph_ and how a MIUI rom can be the best, based on your demands. My goal for now is to obtain an eclectic operational system that includes the most complete variety of positive features a ROM can include. I'm sure that if we all share as a team we will eventually have the best MIUI ROM for Samsung Galaxy S III. There can be also users who installed _miui.polimorph_ and can't post under development section even if they want to say something. This is the right place to share.
So to be specific and well understood please specify the versions of your ROM:
1. the incremental (version of MIUI, i.e. 2.9.7) and
2. the version of _pph_ edition (i.e. v1);
->the file you have installed would be MIUI_JB_i9300_2.9.7_v1_pph.zip;
3. logcat or screenshot (how to in the dev thread post#2 - debugging)

Good question. The simplest answer is "yes". De-compile framework-res.apk using "apktool 1.5.0" and latest "aapt" and find file "framework-res.apk\res\values\bools.xml". Open it with Notepad++ and edit the line "<bool name="config_animateScreenLights">false</bool>" to "true".

Yes it is. For the next operation I recomend to use 7-zip archiver. You need to have the two zips: your _miui.polimorph_ 2.10.26 zip version and the build you want to use for example 2.11.9. Open each one of them (do not extract, just open) and navigate to /system/app and just drag and drop the file Camera.apk and MiuiGallery.apk from 2.10.26 zip to your preffered _miui.polimorph_ version. Also it's better if you delete other camera apps such as GoogleGallery.apk from the same folder you just pasted the apks (_miui.polimorph_2.11.9.zip/system/app).
Thanks for the help. Worked perfectly.

I love your rom but I have a tiny problem; the gallery and camera icons do not change with different themes any idea how to fix that?

Edit the first line of the array "<integer-array name="config_autoBrightnessLcdBacklightValues">". You can find it in the file arrays.xml @ /res/values by de-compiling /system/framework/framework-res.apk. I set it to 10 (between 0 and 6 lux) in my roms which I belive it's the lowest. Can it go lower?
EDIT: there's also a neat app to configure auto-brightness levels using a graph on Play Store called Velis Auto Brightness. You might want to try it first.
OK thanks. Will tinker around with it and see what I can do

Hi guys, I have a general miui question.

Hi _polimorph_,
To be honest, this is second rom that i tried other than another rom that close to stockrom. And its my first AOSP rom. I would say if its working well I stick to your rom but i have some problem.
1. AOSP keyboard keep FC after flashed (I have to use swiftkey, and the FC still appear)
2. I cant login into playstore (Need flash another zip?)
3. SMS Setting (I cant send/receive text, apparently is service center no. issue showing "00", but i cant change it to my carrier no. It just show FC)
Overall, I like the rom so much, especially, the customization, the themes, and of course the camera itself which the best afterall.
I am running latest miui with siyah kernel in page.
Oscar
Is there a way I could remove carrier label from status bar manually? I understand the settings in control panel isn't working. Thanks!

Did you changed the default DPI? Clear Playstore's data, or flash gapps again.

1. I'm using "Keyboard" (MiuiKeyboard) that's also coming embeded in the rom.
2. Flash gapps 20121011.
3. Don't know what's that about, but I have the feeling that's a bad rom flash. Flash your rom again using flashing instructions from the main thread.
I'm using Omega v36, baseband XXELLA, can I flash this rom?
I have got request from many users so here I have made 3minit battery mod
I have made based on N910G but it should work on other variant too.
Also it should work on odexed (wanam's) /deodexed rom too.
If you are not much knowing about how to restore /revert in case anything goes wrong Kindly make nandroid before flashing rom. Otherwise simple trick to revert is
Extract Systemui.apk and if your rom is odexed then SystemUI.odex too
And drag and drop to same file of mod in zip/system/priv-app folder and flash it.

Download (flash from custom recovery) [KITKAT]

Download [LOLLIPOP] - PS Some recovery may not able to flash this.(I am using CWM chenglu's recovery and working fine)
https://mega.co.nz/#!tJt01ToB!PbwNIN-DzI8_vFtdmdHUhjbaEr8I0cd0XgmPALkooNM
PS : If you get msg about battery setting app update then get it from official download page of 3minit and install as regular apk

Thanks..
It works with Wanam Rom but I had to disable the circle battery from Wanam Xposed otherwise 2 battery icons on status bar.

Why do you extract the .odex file? Do you just mod the apk or are you also doing something with the odex file?
Hi everyone,
Can someone explain me how to install this on a stock rooted ROM for Note 4 please ?
Thanks
Work perfect too on stock rooted M910H. Thanks a bunch Dr. Ketan.

You mean, I just take the zip file and install it using twrp (which is the one I have)? That's all I need to do?
Thanks
Edit : I just tried and I really thank you... I'm getting old and I would have tried this a few years ago without asking ☺☺but I'm happy you told me to. Thanks, I love 3Minit.
Edit2 : I have the impression that it drains my battery.. is it the case for others ?
