you can't add lockscreen with LP there is another paid available on the market called WidgetLocker and themes for LP same place MARKET

It's not possible unless you have a sense framework... doesn't work with AOSP or anyother android UI's sorry.

you can try getting launcher pro plus, it comes with friendstream like widgets, that are identical in nature (with out the sync function though)
You could also try colorize widget, I have it and it's very very similar to the friendstream app

However seems like there is an issue whit the links when i click on the app drawer link shows me the app drawer icon but no download and second link takes me to a blank page :/

What you have given me a link for is a modded touchwiz launcher which only works on original touchwiz launcher on galaxy s3 and it is used to have more icons on the homescreen.

I think you should try a launcher that has weather widget then discover that it is the. apk leading to that widget and download weather widget and rename with the files you've found.
Can I convert accuweather app to user app and than try adding the widget??

the one you can get from my signature. it is transparent and doesn't have a clock though but is working in the holo launcher hd I use.
