Is there an app that can auto upload my photos and videos straight after they are taken and store them online?

I know there were quite a few questions, but mine is different in the fact that I do not know any programming language, and I would like to create a simple application. I tried via "google app Inverter" but I failed ... I'm trying to make a very simple application of the aquariums. On the home page that has 3 buttons such as "aquariums" "Plants" "fish" and clicking on the "aquarium" to open the next page which will be a bit more about aquariums ... for example, clicking on the plants to be opened also a new page will be where the plant species, and then click on to leave a certain type of images and text on this type of ... I think it's not complicated to make, but please make me a little how to succeed
