thanks buddy!
ive been searching for this

Very nice. Some se widgets are gonna be affected as they won't resize but doesn't bother me. Old folders, once again no issues as I use another app. Could you change the app drawer icon, though? I've had no joy with the apk editor trying to use the ICS icon.

I can change icons but witch ones do you want? Specify icons please

Very nice, please make with 40% transperancy too.
Thank you!

Use archidroid(free from market), it extracts most files.

Bro, tried & foundthat this is based on old version home like we had on 2.3.3 rom. Make with latest home with adding 50% transparent dock background and 7 or 9 desktop screen. Thx

40% transperent dock is perfect.

[THEME] UI resources From Blend now open to BL locked users!

Hey guys,I have posted a rom which is called Blend and here is the link to my post:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1278760
Only BL unlocked users can flash my rom but you may like the UI style of Blend if your BL is still locked.
Therefore,I decided to post the resources from the rom here for anyone who don't want to unlock the bootloader. With these resources you can have a Blend UI for your own rom without unlock your phone's bootloader.
UI resources from Blend:
system/app:
1.MusicWidget.apk
2.widgetdigitalclock.apk
3.widgetonoff.apk
4.datatrafficswitch.apk
5.MediaWidget.apk
6.Home.apk
7.DefaultThemes.apk
system/framework:
1.android.policy.jar
2.framework-res.apk
3.framework.jar
WARNING:
1.You should set the right permissions for those resources when you move them into the system directory!
2.Only 2.3.4 users can use those resources.
3.I'm not responsible if you brick or damage your phone! Just be careful and Good luck!

That was fast!
Thank you!
One thing: I'm using transparent home with 7 home screens. How would the home.apk affect the theme if I use mine instead of yours? Or can you mod yours to incorporate those two mods?

You can just replace my home.apk by yours. It's OK.
Just installed! Works perfect!
Few more questions/request:
I'm guessing I cant add the CRT animation as it would replace the framework-res.apk? How do I change the wallpaper in defaultthemes.apk? And will Track-id widget, call log widget and other SE widgets be themed later? Also, with the Music Widget a separate apk, does this mean I can use other launchers to get the widget or is it somehow attached to SE Home like the previous firmwares? Thanks for all your help!

1.You can open framework-res.apk as .zip format and replace the anim directory to change the animation or you must replace those three apps at the same time.
2.Wallpapers are actually under this dic: system\etc\customization\content\com\sonyericsson\wallpaperpicker\wallpapers
3.Track-id is useless if you have unlocked your phone.
4.You can't use other launchers to run most of the widgets from SE I believe because they are based on SE home and SE framework. However you can have a try.
Thx for your reply.
Jason,
Anyway you could make one for [4.0.A.2.368] because of battery drain issue I had to switch back to that version. I was using your ROM.
can .42fw use this frame?
Hello, i've tried this on .42 with proper permissions and my phone went into bootloop.
From which build are those system files?
An old build, I guess the one before .42
Jason, I know your'e on Miui now, but could you please update this theme to .42?
Would love to use this.

[THEME] Ice Cream Sandwich (Unexpected Release 5) [.58, .42, .283]

Since nobody else posted one, this is my attempt at an ICS theme for rooted stock Arc ROM.
The theme has been tested and is working on version 4.0.1.A.0.283 and 4.0.2.A.0.42, and reported working on .58, however as always, install it at your own risk.
MASSIVE thanks to XperienceD, we now have a working release 5 with CWM installer! I did almost nothing on this release, so all credit to XperienceD on getting this one out there!
Please note, this is a framework THEME file. For the launcher (including icons) and ICS style lock screen, use LauncherPro and Widget Locker. PLEASE don't post here complaining that it hasn't changed your launcher icons.
New in Release 5:
Volume/Progress bars now ICS style, thanks to XperienceD.
ICS boot animation added.
Easy ClockworkMod installer
How to install:
1. Download and install the SE Extreme Tweaker tool from HERE.
2. Following the instructions, install the ClockworkMod Recovery for your Arc.
3. Place the theme ZIP file somewhere on your SD card, root directory is always an easy one.
4. Reboot into CWM recovery by powering up and repeatedly pressing volume down.
5. TAKE A BACKUP! I am not responsible for bootloops so always take a backup just in case
5. Once backed up, select Install ZIP from SD Card, and chose ZIP to install.
6. Navigate to the theme ZIP file, select install, once installed, reboot.
7. Enjoy! (Hopefully)
Note: For the ICS style gradient background, apply the Onyx theme.
Anyway, hopefully this will work fine for everyone as it is.

I was thinking about this. Basically what has happened is I got hold of all the theme resources I could and began porting them over. I'm really REALLY new to this so I'm not familiar enough with how it works to feel comfortable doing a lot of XML editing so that would involve editing over 100 images, which I don't have time to do.
This leads me on to something I was going to say anyway. If someone more experienced than me at this wants to have a go at the battery without %, and also getting the volume/progress bars to the new ICS style then please do!
I can supply resources for the progress bars but I have no idea how to go about editing the XML so it reads from the images as opposed to just the colours.
Thanks

Thats really weird, the other icons and most other things like that are stored in the SystemUI.apk, but there are resources scattered across all 3 files so it's weird that the status bar changes but nothing else does. Are all the other resources the stock Sony Ericsson ones?
yeah just stock firmware apart from dooms kernel

It may have something to do with using the Dooms Kernel? I don't know how the resources and framework are laid out on that, I've literally only tested it on completely stock firmware except for root.

You need to have a themed launcher to make the icons.
The flash zip doesn't change the icons
Help me :

1. Android.policy.jar
2. Framework.jar
Its from /system/framework

if u want to change the icons, u should use costum launcher (launcherPro, adw ex, goLauncher, etc) that can be themed ICS,
u can find the theme at market

I have a small problem with the font. Anybody else experiencing this?
When I start an app (not one that has already loaded), The title is in Chinese for a split second, and then it goes back to normal when the app has loaded. No other bugs or glitches.
ive managed to change the menu back to stock(Black),hope its better!

Works with stock 2.3.4.
I noticed the lockscreen notifications were the same as the original, and when I went through the APK, i found that you didn't completely change the lockscreen notification images; the new ones were copies, therefore they didn't overwrite the original. You might want to fix that
Other than that, it looks great.

[MOD][ZipThemer][For XPERIA ROM] Mod your ROM with freedom!

What part of your phone you mod? Feel free to mod them yourself within one minute!
For convenience, the ZipThemer thread is split into 2 parts.
Requirements:
1. Rooted Sony Ericsson XPERIA 2011 phone
2. The mods here must compatible with GingerBread XPERIA ROM (or other cooked XPERIA ROMs like nerodroid ROM, HybROM...) of Live With Walkman, XPERIA Mini, XPERIA Mini Pro and XPERIA Active. In case if the mods are compatible to other XPERIA Phones or SONY ICS ROM, I will mention for each of them.
3. ClockWorkMod Recovery (if you don't have one, search CWM auto installer on google and download.)
Procedures
1. Download the ZipThemerpackage.zip in the attachments below, extract the zip and install ZipThemer.apk, create a new folder called ZipThemer folder to the root of your sdcard, and put the edify folder in ZipThemerpackage.zip into the ZipThemer folder!
2. Download the ideal mod zip(s) (which is non-flashable!) for you and put them to the ZipThemer folder! (Just download the one you like)
3. Open ZipThemer app and do the following :[Menu]>[Settings]>[Update script format]>Choose[Edify-Wt19i]! (It doesn't matter if your phone is not Wt19i, it will always work if your phone is a Sony Ericsson phone, and it have ClockWorkMod Recovery.)
4. In the main UI of ZipThemer, press [+Theme] button and choose the mod zip(s) you want to use (you may add multiple mod zip)
5. Click [Build!] button, the app will ask you whether to build an undo zip, click yes for the lowest risk.
6. Reboot to ClockWorkMod Recovery, [install zip from SD card], choose the update .zip which is at the root of sdcard and install it!
7. Enjoy!!
Details of mods:
Battery Percentage Mod: (OK for all XPERIA ROM of all XPERIA Phone) (mdpi + hdpi)
Mod the battery percentage style of your SystemUI.apk, work perfectly if your SystemUI have modded to have battery%. If your SystemUI do not have battery%, the SystemUI battery will appear as 5 intervals.(5 10 15 20...) For ICS users please download HDPI version for ICS.
DefaultThemesMod (Cosmic Flow style):
Mod you DefaultThemes.apk, all background of colours of choice of your phone will be changed to Cosmic Flow Live Wallpaper style (of course static). See screen capture.
Dialog animation mod: (Any Phone, Any ROM)
Change the animation of dialog appera and disappear (for example power menu) for any ROM.
ICS style battery: (All Phone, All ROM, but not sure, please must create undo .zip in ZipThemer for safety.) UPDATED !! It works now.
Only if you don't have 1% battery mod. Change the battery icon in status bar to the ICS blue one.
ICS SystemUI: (All 320*480 Phone, All ROM, but not sure, please must create undo .zip in ZipThemer for safety.)
Mod the SystemUI.apk to ICS style. Not include ICS battery. Download and Add the ICS battery if you want.
ICY Ericsson 3: (All 320*480 Phone, All ROM, but not sure, please must create undo .zip in ZipThemer for safety.)
ALMOST fully mod your phone to ICS style!
ICY Ericsson lite 2: (All 320*480 Phone, All ROM, but not sure, please must create undo .zip in ZipThemer for safety.)
Most things not modded. Only the images I think beautiful is added. [MENU] Icons and background, overscroll glow textbox handle pins, ICS pattern lock, toast frame, loading circle are changed to ICS style.
Right aligned clock in status bar: (OK for all XPERIA ROM)
This turn the clock back to the right of your status bar. For those who don't want the clock at the center of status bar.
SystemUI no carrier label: (OK for All XPERIA ROMs of all XPERIA Phone)
This will remove the carrier label from your SystemUI, must work with 's Mini mod and stock SystemUI.
XPERIA S xxxxxxxxx app icon for stock:
Mod the app icon of the app to XPERIA S style.
XPERIA S Lock Screen Clock font: (OK for All XPERIA ROMs of XPERIA Phone)
Change Lock Screen Clock Font to the XPERIA S one.
XPERIA S Lock Screen: (OK for All XPERIA ROMs of all 320*480 XPERIA Phone)
Change Lock Screen the XPERIA S style. Same as other mods you can find, there are some size mismatches. So I think XPERIA Stock Lock Screen is better.
XPERIA stock Lock Screen: (OK for All XPERIA ROMs of all 320*480 XPERIA Phone)
Change the Lock Screen to XPERIA stock look.
ICS style SystemUI QuickPanel icons: (Only if you already have mini mod QuickPanel of like-p's)
Change the icon of QuickPanel to ICS style. I can't test it because I'm using official sony ics port, so please make a backup zip also in ZipThemer for lowest risk.
XPERIA style SystemUI QuickPanel icons: (Only if you already have mini mod QuickPanel of like-p's)
Change the icon of QuickPanel to XPERIA style.
Please be patient to wait for new mod zips. It needs time to think a new mod, finding images, produce a new zip and upload the files. I can't think of any new ideas what to mod. May anyone tell me what mod to post? Currently modding ICS animation on gingerbread isn't possible because edit of resources.arsc is needed.
Credits:
ZipThemer App. This app is not created by me. I only created the mod zips actually.
The images of battery icon mod and quickpanel were not created myself, but I really forgotten who's the creator. Sorry and thanks to them, I hope they'll forgive me.
Screenshots: Mind for the traditional chinese characters?
Some screenshots?
i gonna try it !
If you cannot open the zips, tell me, I don't know why the files uploaded is faulty. Now I reuploaded some of them, there should not be any problems with the zips now. Thanks.

[MOD][CM 10.2] Transparent App Drawers (Updated 12-23-13)

Why Transparent App Drawer :
