I want to sent specify data via USB with Android OS on Samsung Galaxy phone. I want to write an application for android to send some data with USB and control a robot.
How can I do it? Which versions of Android need?

i'm an android/pc developer and electronic engineer.
i want enable usb hosting on my xperia x10 phone to control my circuits with USB/UART protocol . (UART is a standard protocol to communicate data between devices)
i need usb hosting library for SDK too !

Sorry for my question, i don't know if it's possible: but i have 2 image for my android USB stick.
One with wifi is working and another one without, and want to know if it's possible to get the driver from the image 1 and put it to image 2?!

I think more information is needed here.
For instance, what kind of database? Postgresql, sqllite, MS Access?
Secondly, are you looking to write an android app for this or just trying to read data from the laptop natively?

There is a way to boost your PC, using a flashdrive as Windows ReadyBoost. my android device seems not compititable as windows readyboots. Is there a way to make it works?
