Anyone aware of any toggle/widget which allow to turn on/off "use wireless network location" in one touch?

Hi,
I have been trying to disable the automatic toggling of the "sync" switch when the "Wi-Fi" switch is turned on or off in the power management widget. I am running CyanogenMod 7.1 on an HTC Desire (Bravo) GSM with Go Launcher Ex.
Please, see the attached screenshot. The topmost widget is the one I'm talking about.
I remember that the automatic switching of "sync" to match the state of the "Wi-Fi" switch is something that I did myself (because I went to a foreign country and I didn't want to have a huge mobile data bill). Now I can't seem to find the right option to untie the two switches and allow them to have distinct states.
Can someone guide me? Thanks.
In the roaming guard settings I have enabled the roaming guard for any international activity but have unchecked domestic signals. Despite this, whenever the phone roams I still get a pop up that warns me about the roaming and provides two buttons to select which are settings and close. Is the roaming guard settings not sticking for anyone else?
Hello all! I have what is, hopefully, just a quick question
I use Tasker and Pushbullet, which both require Talkback to be enabled, but when I go to the settings to turn it on, the pop up window won't register my tap on the "turn on" button. I can click the "cancel", but not the "turn on".
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
When mobile data is turned on from Quick settings We get pop up notification "Data charges may apply -> Turn on" , at turn off "Turn off Mobie data? -> Turn off".
Is there any way to disable these notification and simply on and off mobile data from quick settings.
This notification wont come if data is on and off via main Settings.
Please help.
Is it possible to disable this popup whenever you try to enable or disable the 4G antenna?
