Using root explorer extract it from the rom you downloaded should be in system/app
It gets extracted into /SD card/extracted
Move the extracted camera.apk into system/app (delete old camera.all to be safe)
Change permissions to match I think they're rw-r--r--
reboot
If it doesn't work just reflash your rom or restore a nandroid

If you are rooted, it's best to flash sympnotic's patched market (in wildfire development thread) as it has been patched to the updated market (v2.2.6).

v5.2 = market 2.12 (latest "old theme", for people finding v6 unstable / ugly / etc...)
v6 = latest (market v2.2.6, using Carousel theme, etc..)

Does anyone know where i can find the bluesky skin apk? I flashed ineffabilis, but can't download it from miktweaks. I tried the simple blue v1 theme, that kept bootlooping, so no luck there.

If you have an older version of the app, uninstall it and install it again.

That's not what I did,
Its a flashable zip to install the apk in the proper location with the proper permissions.
Renaming the apk to zip will allow you to extract the contents of the apk on the pc, but will not install it on the device
You need to have the proper binary and script within the zip to allow it to install to the device.
Just FYI

You're welcome!!
did you get the apk to install? and if so can you please tell me how? I've tried multiple methods and they all failed. "application not installed" is the message i get.
well, yes it worked fine for me
i installed it using rootbrowser. That means you have to copy the apk file to the system/app folder of your phone uind then set the permissions to rw-r-r!
you have to have a rooted phone!
good luck
Don't you have to have the odex file as well in order for it to work? Unless you have a deodexed system.

What would be its name? And in which folder please?
Often camera.apk or even gallery.apk and would be in /system/app
But know that not all camera apps can be used across ROMs, sometimes there are framework and lib dependencies that will result in FCs when trying to use it. As in you couldn't use a sense camera app in an aosp ROM etc
