Just wondering if anyone knows how I could change the audible selection sound, I'm assuming I can just swap out a sound file but I don't know where it is.
Found it in system/media/audio/ui folder. It's called TW_touch.ogg

Advanced settings>Interface>status bar tweaks.
You can change signal to text (#-db), but I don't see a way to disable it all together.
Maybe if you use 7zip, you could pull out (copy) your systemUI.apk, nav to res/drawable hdpi, find the signal icon, and delete it. Then replace current systemUI.apk with that. I don't think it would have any negative affects, but if so, just put the original systemUI.apk in system/app (the location systemUI always is)

you have either "features.xml" or "others.xml".
Edit with text editor and set permissions afterwards. (-rw-r--r--)-(644)
Add the following lines:
Enable on/off button for Shutter sound:
<CscFeature_Camera_ShutterSoundMenu>true</CscFeature_Camera_ShutterSoundMenu>
Reboot,you can enable/disable shutter sound from camera menu.

Buy and download root explorer or try some free app like ES File Manager and go to system/media/audio/ui and add "BAK" to the file names of everything relating to "camera". Like "camera_start", "camera_stop" etc.
Reboot, and you're good.

Does anyone have a better touch sounds? The bubble/Water sound is annoying .
You can change any system sound in /system/media/audio/ui folder.
