so my friend has a gtab and all it does is go's to the too lil birds on boot and try to put it in the bootloader and just stay on the too lil birds.... can anyone help please and thank you

i've been having with plms with my screen not responding so i installed hspl then after installed 3.14 however after installing my touchscreen still is not responding this becoming to be very frustrating ...can anyone help, i'm a newbie and i keep hearing how this phone is great if u know what ur doing and uh i guess i know nothing cause this phone is not responding. pls someone help
