Does anybody know where I can get an app to monitor who is using my mobile hotspot?
WiFiKill might do that for you. It's not on the market though, just google it.

Put your phone in airplane mode.
Enable your wifi.
Go to the market.
Search Blockbuster.
Download and enjoy.
Also, there is a bloatware installer that you can download from the gingerblur thread just in case there are any other items that were deleted that you want back.

Use internet explorer and it will work . Or get User Agent Switch and switch user agent to IE10 to continue using Chrome.

No . I've been doing it for a while now . I don't think they can force him to buy anything . Plus why would you pay double for data already paid for .
