My sim card went bad it hangs at the dial pad where you put the code in (wont take the code) does anyone know if and how I can get all my contact# off the card?

Why the hell did you not at least back in up in KIES?
Try card in another fone...
Take out the sim card and clean it. Put it back and try again. If not working, try what suggested in the previous post.

confusing but are you saying your sim card is working fine in your phone but your friends sim does not work in your phone? is it same network.. is your phone unlocked to all networks? maybe if your provide more details about your phone and stuff someone might be able to provide you with a better answer hopefully..
i say my sim card he work fine but when i insert sim card my friend in my phone i have the problem in my phone and i close the sim card my friend and i insert my sim card and i have same problem no service/ no sim card are you understand

Ok your simcard worked in your phone then you put your friends sim card in your phone it didnt read his sim then you put yours back in and it says the same no sim card are you putting the sim in wrong? Ive done it not paying attention before thats why i ask

The dude is saying that his and his friends sim card don't work in his x10 but both work fine in his friends.
My first suggestion would be to perform a factory data reset to eliminate setting problems. If that doesn't work, then send it off to the closest repair center because It's probably a hardware problem with the sim reader.

I have a T-Mobile UK atrix runngin cm7 it continuously says damaged SD internal SD card and even when I format it it checks the SD card and it goes back to the same error does any body have a fix if not can u link me to a guide to go back to stock T-Mobile rom that includes links to a T-Mobile Sbf file so I can hand it in to customer services

Have you tried any other ROMS or sd cards to make sure its not the phone?

It is the internal SD card partition the emmc one not the one the rom runs off and yes I have triedmultiple roms
Sounds like bad flash chips. Try get a warranty replacement/fix.
First try connecting your phone to your computer, mounting the SD card, and formatting it with your OS's disk tools.

I would try to get an RMA and then restore your phone back to stock before sending it in.

Any limitation or implications with doing so?
I haven't got my new micro-sim yet. Still using the old normal sized sim card.

Yes. Sim card has nothing to do with flashing/rooting

After i upgraded my samsung galaxy sIII with the the version=4.1.1 , baseband version=I9300xxdlid, Build number=JRO03C.I9300XXDLJ1..
the sim card is not recognised by the phone ???
Check first to see that you have not damaged the sim card contact pins. I did. I flashed 3 roms with no help only to find a bent pin two days later.
Use a card reader to back up data and format the card .

Check if you're IMEI is intact.
Flash the stock rom from sammobile via Odin.
Restore EFS backup if you have one.

I need help to recover my deleted images from sd-card
SO BUY A NEW CARD
Try diferent adapter for computer. But so far it seems corrupted. You can try to format it with computer and after that try to get some data back. There are some good softwares to recover sd card data. Just google for it.
