Hey, I recommend to use this or just root the phone and use Link2SD from the market. This app is the better decision.
i hv galaxy ace and i want something like gingerburst or supernova rom.
is there anything available i hv searched a lot abt this bt i didnt find anything for me...

If ur looking for performance roms, try cyanogenmod 7.2 or ics2.

You can. Try any of these.
1. A2sd
2. S2e
3. Link2sd

I tried all 3, a2sd won't work, and other 2 don't move to my /sd-ext partition just to regular sd... any help? created the ext with cwm5
edit: i managed to make s2e work, but it only mvoed my apps from the internal memory, can i make it somehow to import the others from sd card?
edit2: lol and now whenever i try to download or move an app my phone restarts :| this is hopeless

I used a2sd for a very long time, but d problems started after i flashed cyanogenmod. After flashing, there came a point where i ws getting restarts when i was trying to install any .apk. It happened to me a lot of times. Now im using s2e. Its gud. No need to flash any script.

I was using A2SD by Darktremor untill I get to know Link2SD, which is much better, because you have 100% controll, which app is linked and which is stored in internal memory.

I have flashed my phone with the Kang Cyanogen 7 ROM.
I have having a world of problems...first SMS no longer works, I now have to use GO SMS PRO.
Google Maps and Gmail apps don't work, lot of issues........
Can you please tell me the best STABLE ROM with apps and lots working?

U need CM7 or stock rom based?
Y dont u try cm7.2? There r many roms based on it like ics2, gingercrutz etc.. or u can flash cm7.2 by lovertz or axel.

Agreed. I'm using ICS2 and loving it so far. No complaints.
hi everybody....when I try to install any application my device rebooting I tried so many times but same prob....plz somebody solve this.....
I'm using icsunday rom and overclocked to 883mhz...!

This is a bug with the rom. You have to install the rom again.
after installing rom I installed so many apps but I don't hav any prob like that....bt today whn I instal apps my device rebooting....

Yup. U hv to reflash d rom. Dta2sd creates problems in ext partition on ur sd card. Either do a advance nandroid restore & restore ext partition or reflash d rom. U can use s2e or link2sd.

A2sd script is still working. Flash d full rom again or format d ext partition.

Thanks for your replies guys, will try to do these when i get home.. just trying it out if i still need to partition sd, already partitioned however does not detect. Thanks again. Used the "Thanks" button too...
EDIT: thanks again for the assist, was able to run s2e fine...
dt a2sd and S2E, if you have ext4 partition on your SD.
for fat32 partition only, Link2SD is the best... can force move application to SD.

Link2sd needs an ext4 partition...All of these a2sd things do need it
